【摘  要】目的：分析个性化护理应用于皮肤科患者对其临床疗效及护理满意度的影响。方法：于我院2017年1月至2019年1月收治的皮肤科患者中选取100例，分为两组，对照组实施常规护理，研究组应用个性化护理，比较两组护理效果。结果：研究组护理后SAS评分为（26.5±3.1）分，SDS评分为（25.2±3.5）分，与对照组的（37.7±3.6）分和（34.9±4.6）分比较，有统计学差异（P<0.05）。研究组各类型皮肤病患者的住院时间与对照组比较，均明显较短（P<0.05）。研究组临床总有效率为98.0%，与对照组的80.0%比较，具有显著性差异（P<0.05）。研究组满意度为96.0%，对照组满意度为76.0%，差异明显（P<0.05）。结论：在皮肤科患者中应用个性化护理，可有效减轻患者负性情绪，缩短患者住院时间，提升临床治疗效果，增强患者满意度，值得推广。

Effect of individualized nursing on treatment effect and nursing satisfaction of patients in dermatology department

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the effect of personalized nursing on clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction of patients in dermatology department.Methods： 100 dermatological patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing， while the research group was given individualized nursing， and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results： The SAS score and SDS score of the study group were （26.5±3.1） and （25.2±3.5） respectively after nursing， which were significantly different from those of the control group （37.7±3.6） and （34.9±4.6） （P<0.05）. The hospitalization time of patients with various types of dermatosis in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group （P<0.05）. The total clinical effective rate of the study group was 98.0%. Compared with 80.0% of the control group， there was a significant difference （P<0.05）. Satisfaction was 96.0% in the study group and 76.0% in the control group （P<0.05）.Conclusion：The application of individualized nursing in dermatology patients can effectively alleviate patients'negative emotions， shorten hospitalization time， improve clinical treatment effect and enhance patients' satisfaction， which is worthy of promotion.

皮膚科疾病种类繁多，导致皮肤病的原因和临床表现多种多样，对患者生活质量影响较大。随着人们生活水平的日益提高，对皮肤科护理质量也提出了更高的要求。传统护理模式缺乏针对性和计划性，护理操作存在盲目性和随意性等不足，在一定程度上了影响了患者的临床疗效^[1]。个性化护理中作为一种新兴的护理模式，强调以患者为中心，根据患者的教育程度、性格特征以及工作性质等多方面，实施具有针对性的护理干预措施，可促进临床疗效和护理质量提升^[2]。为了解针对性护理在皮肤科患者中的应用效果，本文回顾分析了100例我院皮肤科2017年1月至2019年1月期间收治的皮肤病患者，对其应用不同方法护理的效果进行了对比，以期为临床护理方案选择提供重要依据。
