【摘 要】目的：探究康复外科护理理念在泌尿系结石手术患者中的应用。方法：选取2017年4月至2018年10月间来我院治疗的泌尿系结石患者80例随机分为常规护理的对照组以及快速康复外科护理的研究组，观察护理效果。结果：研究组经过护理干预后，本组的护理满意度、不良反应发生率分别为95%、5%均优于对照组的82.5%、17.5%，比较差异显著，P<0.05具有统计学意义。结论：应用快速康复外科护理理念护理泌尿系结石手术患者，可增加患者护理满意度，降低患者不良反应发生率，缓解焦虑、抑郁情况，推荐临床推广使用。

【Abstract】Objective To explore the application of rehabilitation surgical nursing concept in patients with urolithiasis. Methods： A total of 80 patients with urinary calculi treated in our hospital from April 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into routine nursing control group and rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing research group to observe the nursing effect.Results After the nursing intervention the nursing satisfaction and adverse reaction rate of the study group were 95% and 5% respectively which were better than 82.5% and 17.5% of the control group. The difference was significant P<0.05 was statistically significant.Conclusion： Application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing care of urolithiasis surgery patients patients can increase the satisfaction of nursing reduce the incidence of adverse reactions relieve anxiety depression recommended for clinical use.

快速康复外科理念是一种围手术期处理程序的全新康复概念，由丹麦的HenrikKehlet教授于20世纪90年代首先提出[1]，2007年，该理念由中国工程院院士黎介寿教授首次引入中国，为了加速患者康复，采用有效的处理措施，降低手术创伤的应激反应、减少并发症、提高手术安全性以及患者满意度[2]。本研究探所快速康复外科护理对泌尿系结石手术患者的影响，现汇报如下;

1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取2017年4月至2018年10月间来我院治疗的泌尿系结石患者80例随机分为常规护理的对照组以及快速康复外科护理的研究组各40例。对照组患者年龄范围在23岁至52岁之间，平均年龄（34±3.5）岁，其中男性患者22例，女性患者18例，其中肾结石13例、输尿管结石13例、膀胱结石14例;研究组患者年龄范围23岁至48岁之间，平均年龄（35±2.7）岁，其中男性患者21例，女性患者19例，其中肾结石12例、输尿管结石13例、膀胱结石15例;患者年龄、性别、结石位置等一般资料无统计学意义（P<0.05），参与本次研究的患者均签署了知情同意书，同意参与本次研究。

1.2方法

对照组患者予以常规护理，研究组患者在对照组基础上予以快速康复外科护理，具体内容为;
