【摘 要】目的：研究利多卡因凝胶贴膏减轻老年患者静脉穿刺疼痛的价值体会。方法：选择老年患者作为本次研究病人或研究对象，并采用“电脑随机法”将100例老年患者进行分组，主要包括两组，其中观察组、给予利多卡因凝胶贴膏;对照组、给予常规消毒静脉穿刺，分析两组心率和血压变化、疼痛程度。结果：观察组老年患者心率（90.33±1.02）次/min、血压（24.21±1.02）mmHg均低于对照组，（P<0.05），两者差异具有统计学意义。观察组老年患者疼痛程度轻于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：利多卡因凝胶贴膏减轻老年患者静脉穿刺疼痛具有重要意义，值得研究。

Abstract：Objective To study the value of lidocaine gel plaster in alleviating venipuncture pain in elderly patients.Methods： elderly patients were selected as the patients or subjects of this study， and 100 elderly patients were divided into two groups by "computer random method"， including the observation group and lidocaine gel plaster.In the control group， routine disinfection venipuncture was given， and the changes in heart rate and blood pressure， as well as the degree of pain in the two groups were analyzed.Results： the heart rate （90.33 1.02） times /min and blood pressure （24.21 1.02） mmHg of the elderly patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P < 0.05）， and the difference was statistically significant.The degree of pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P < 0.05）.Conclusion： lidocaine gel plaster is of great significance in alleviating venipuncture pain in elderly patients and is worthy of study.

随着我国人口逐渐呈老龄化趋势，进而导致我国老年人群不断增加，老年人的健康问题受到临床广泛重视[1]。静脉滴注为常见的治疗方式，其主要是利用液体静压和大气压原理将大量药液和无菌溶液输入机体内，其属于一种具有疼痛性的侵入性操作。由于老年人的血管具有脆、弹性差、易滑动等特点，进而导致静脉穿刺成功率降低[2]。本研究对所有老年患者实施分析，并对其各项情况进行分析，具体内容见下文。

1 资料/方法

1.1 基线资料 将2018年1月至2018年11月收治的100例老年患者作为研究对象或研究病人，以电脑随机分组方式作为分组原则，分为观察组50例、对照组50例。

观察组50例中有男性、女性分别35、15例;年龄值在65岁至75岁，平均为（70.11±1.98）岁。对照组50例中有男性、女性分别36、14例;年龄值在66岁至75岁，中位为（70.54±1.72）岁。2组老年患者的性别、年龄等各项资料对比，两者间无统计学意义，用（P>0.05）來表达，表示能够进行对比。
