【摘 要】当前，我国经济处于快速发展的背景下，城市化建設不断推进，建筑行业也得到了快速的发展。在建筑工程中，建筑材料检测有着重要的作用，也是保证建筑工程质量的基础工作。然而，在当前的建筑材料检测工作中，仍然存在很多问题，这都影响了建筑行业的发展，导致工程质量出现问题，甚至会威胁人们的生命安全。本文主要针对建筑材料检测，分析其中存在的问题，并有针对性地提出了有效的解决对策。旨在提高我国建筑材料的检测质量。

【Abstract】At present， China's economy is under the background of rapid development， urbanization construction continues to advance， and the construction industry has also developed rapidly. In building engineering， building material testing plays an important role and is the basic work to ensure the quality of building engineering. However， in the current inspection of building materials， there are still many problems， which have affected the development of the construction industry， leading to problems in the quality of the project， and even threatening people's lives. This paper focuses on the detection of building materials， analyzes the problems existing in it， and proposes effective solutions in a targeted manner. It aims to improve the quality of inspection of building materials in China.

在建筑工程中，建筑材料是基础构成，有着主体性作用，并且其质量也直接影响到工程的质量的优劣。因而，在工程的管理过程中，必须加强对工程材料的管理，以便保证工程整体的质量。当前的工程施工的材料检测领域仍然存在许多问题，本文对建筑施工材料的检测手段进行详细阐述，并提出针对性的提升措施。

1. 建筑材料检测行业存在的问题分析

（1）检测市场混乱。

当前的建筑材料检测机构主要由独立的检测机构和高校，质监站下属的检测机构组成。根据相关文件精神，材料检测机构应该成立单独的检测单位，与高校、质监站等进行分离。然而，由于传统体制的原因，检测机构的独立不够彻底，与原上级单位还存在业务上，财务上的诸多关联，影响建筑材料检测工作的开展。此外，材料检测市场的监管不足，存在无资质或超资质承揽业务的行为，通过挂靠资质或将检测业务分包给不具备相应资质的单位进行检测工作，对检测市场的正常秩序造成扰乱，不利于行业的健康发展。……
