摘  要：毕业设计是桥梁工程本科生专业能力锻炼的关键性环节。对桥梁毕业设计的概况进行介绍，结合近几年毕业设计存在的主要问题进行分析，提出了改进毕业设计质量的一些建议，包括加强教师团队建设、改进成绩评价体系、严格进行过程控制等，对推动桥梁工程毕业设计教学改革具有参考价值。

Abstract： The graduation design is the key link of the professional ability training of the bridge engineering student. The general situation of bridge graduation design is introduced in this paper， combined with the analysis of the main problems of graduation design in recent years， some suggestions to improve the quality of graduation project are put forward， including strengthening the construction of teachers' team， improving the performance evaluation system， and strict process control， etc， which has reference value to promote the teaching reform of bridge engineering graduation design.

橋梁工程毕业设计是桥梁工程专业学生大学阶段最后一个综合性的实践教学环节[1]，是对学生的4年本科专业学习效果和解决工程问题能力的全面检查。近年来，国内已有一些高校开展桥梁工程毕业设计相关研究。张鹏等[2]在深入分析影响毕业设计质量因素的基础上，从毕业设计的时间安排、选题、过程管理、学生主观认识及指导教师队伍建设等方面提出了该专业本科毕业设计的质量控制措施。魏标等[3]提出了一种基于网络教学平台的毕业设计指导方案，能提高学生的自学能力、解决问题能力、创新能力。赵秋等[4]提出了深化毕业设计教学改革的新举措，以便有效提高桥梁工程方向毕业设计的质量。王荣霞等[5]根据国内高等工科院校的教育特点，结合国际全新的工程教育理念和实施体系，研究并探讨了培养和提高学生的工程能力的教学改革途径和方法。刘小燕等[6]采用“四阶段”教学法，开展激发“三潜”教学实践，充分调动了学生的学习积极性。……
