【摘 要】目的：总结并归纳辛伐他汀与低分子肝素联合用药方案治疗肾病综合征的临床效果。方法：本文选择肾病综合征患者34例，患者就诊时间为2017年6月至2018年5月。采用随机分组法将患者分组，分为对照组和观察组，每组17例。常规方法治疗对照组患者，主要采用激素和免疫抑制剂;在对照组基础上，采用辛伐他汀与低分子肝素联合治疗观察组患者。比较两组患者治疗效果，肾功能指标及复发率。结果：观察组治疗效果，肾功能指标及1年内复发率均远优于对照组，组间比较（P<0.05），差异均有统计学意义。结论：辛伐他汀与低分子肝素联合治疗肾病综合征的疗效显著，患者肾功能明显改善，且远期疗效较好。

Abstract Objective： To summarize and summarize the clinical effects of simvastatin and low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome. Methods： This study selected 34 patients with nephrotic syndrome. The patient visit time was from June 2017 to May 2018. Patients were divided into control group and observation group by random grouping， with 17 cases in each group. The conventional method was used to treat patients in the control group， mainly using hormones and immunosuppressive agents; on the basis of the control group， patients in the observation group were treated with simvastatin and low molecular weight heparin. The treatment effect， renal function index and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. RESULTS： The therapeutic effect of the observation group， renal function index and recurrence rate within 1 year were much better than the control group， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The combination of simvastatin and low molecular weight heparin is effective in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome. The renal function of patients is significantly improved， and the long-term effect is better.

肾病综合征是一系列临床综合征的统称，主要是由于肾小球基膜通透性改变，导致血浆蛋白从尿中丢失，致使营养物质缺乏的一类疾病[1]。患者表现为明显水肿，大量蛋白尿，低白蛋白血症、高脂血症等症状[2]，严重影响着患者的身体健康，目前临床对肾病综合征患者进行治疗时多使用激素类药物，但激素的长期使用易导致患者发生血栓等并发症，对患者肾脏造成较大伤害，因此选择合适有效的药物对肾病综合征患者进行治疗十分重要。本文针对2017年6月至2018年5月收治的34例肾病综合征患者为对象展开此次研究（详情如下文所示），患者知情且自愿选择用药方案，总结并分析在使用激素和免疫抑制剂治疗的基础上联合辛伐他汀与低分子肝素联合用药方案治疗肾病综合征的临床效果。……
