摘  要：现阶段我国正处于小康社会和体育强国的新时代，为服务国民的健身需要，体育场馆资源的高效利用与开放管理模式日趋多元化，特别是高校的体育场馆也在不断寻求新发展。本文以国内普通高校体育场馆开放管理机制为研究对象，采用文献资料法、实地调查法、专家访谈法、归纳总结法等方法，结合自身实践管理经验，针对国内普通高校体育场馆开放管理中普遍存在的问题进行探索，结合实践成功的经验，提出未来发展的方向以及问题具体的创新对策，期望为我国普通高校体育场馆开放运营管理提供更好服务学校及周边群众和更具经济效益的策略。

Abstract：At present， China is in a new era of high-speed economic development and sports power. In order to serve the needs of national fitness， the efficient utilization and open management mode of sports stadiums and stadiums are becoming more and more diversified. In particular， college stadiums and stadiums are also constantly looking for new development. Taking the open management mechanism of sports stadiums in colleges and universities in China as the research object， this paper adopts the methods of literature， field investigation， expert interview， induction and summary and so on， combined with its own practical management experience. In view of the common problems existing in the open management of sports stadiums and stadiums in colleges and universities in China， combining with the successful experience of practice， this paper puts forward the direction of future development and the specific problems. Innovative countermeasures are expected to provide better service to the school and the surrounding masses and more economical strategies for the open operation and management of sports stadiums and stadiums in colleges and universities in China.

基于高校的體育设施较为完备和有偿开放消费低等原因，体育爱好者乐意处于高校中参与体育活动，高校在满足体育教学活动的同时，也为校内师生与周边群众参与体育活动提供场所。长期以来，高校体育场馆在开放管理中存在开放服务质量低、资源有效利用率低和消费者普遍思想素质差等系列问题，在很大程度上影响着高校体育场馆的后续发展。因此，如何借助现阶段相关政策既有效又合理地优化高校体育场馆的开放管理工作，发挥其育人功能和实现经济效益最大化，探索一个能适应发展要求的创新模式，成为当前高校体育场馆不容回避的问题。……
