【摘要】 目的：分析采用个性化心理护理对接受手术治疗的青光眼患者的临床效果。方法：随机选取2017年5月-2018年6月于笔者所在医院接受手术治疗的84例青光眼患者为研究对象，将其随机分为两组，其中参照组的临床护理方案为常规护理，研究组在参照组基础上联合个性化心理护理，比较两组的临床护理效果。结果：研究组护理后的SDS及SAS评分均低于参照组，自我管理行为评分高于参照组，研究组护理后的视力水平高于参照组，眼压水平低于参照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对接受手术治疗的青光眼患者采用个性化心理护理，更利于改善患者的心理状及自我管理能力，提高临床治疗效果。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of individualized psychological nursing on glaucoma patients undergoing surgical treatment.Method：A total of 84 cases of glaucoma who underwent surgery in our hospital from May 2017 to June 2018 were randomly selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups.The clinical nursing scheme of the reference group was routine nursing，while the research group on the basis of the reference group combined with individualized psychological nursing.The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Result：SDS and SAS scores of the research group were lower than those of the reference group after nursing，self-management behavior scores were higher than those of the reference group，visual acuity of the research group after nursing was higher than that of the reference group，intraocular pressure was lower than that of the reference group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Individualized psychological nursing for glaucoma patients undergoing surgical treatment is more conducive to improving their psychological status and self-management ability，and improving the clinical therapeutic effect.

青光眼是常見于临床的一种眼科疾病，患者的视觉神经因眼压异常升高而造成损伤，出现视野缺损，也是目前主要的致盲原因。而相关研究发现，不良心理因素会导致患者血管神经调节中枢失调，扩张毛细血管，使血管渗透压相应增加，眼前段血管舒张功能出现紊乱后，会进一步加重患者病情[1-2]。手术是常用的青光眼治疗方案，并且可取得较好的效果，为了避免不良心理因素对临床治疗效果造成影响，采取合理的心理干预尤为重要。基于此，本研究主要对青光眼手术患者实施个性化心理护理获取的临床效果做如下探究分析。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料
