摘 要 文章对中国知识资源总库（CNKI）2010年至2018年发表的有关智慧图书馆的理论研究成果进行梳理，从智慧图书馆的概念与特性、信息技术、智慧服务、智慧馆员与用户培训、建设与发展趋势等方面对现有研究成果进行系统总结。研究分析出智慧图书馆目前存在的主要问题，并对未来研究方向进行展望，为我国智慧图书馆发展提供参考借鉴。

Abstract This paper reviews the theoretical research results of CNKI on intelligent libraries published from 2010 to 2018， and systematically summarizes the existing research results from the aspects of the concept and characteristics of intelligent libraries， information technology， intelligent services， training of intelligent librarians and users， construction and development trends. This paper studies and analyses the main problems existing in intelligent libraries， and looks forward to the future research directions， which will provide reference for the future development of intelligent libraries in China.

智慧圖书馆的概念最早出现在2001年，通过不断的研究，逐步引起图书馆界的重视。2008年，IBM提出“智慧地球”理念，之后“智慧国家”“智慧城市”“智慧医院”等一系列有关“智慧”的词语应运而生，风靡一时。“智慧图书馆”作为“智慧地球”概念的微观延伸，自然而然地出现在大众视野中。智慧图书馆是一个不受时空限制、但同时能够被切实感知的概念，具有可实现全球数据资源共享，高效服务的功能。智慧图书馆是指充分利用物联网、云计算、大数据等信息技术，预知或即时感知用户的需求，及时提供智慧化、智能化、泛在化的一种新型图书馆。随着智慧图书馆研究的深入发展，笔者以2010年至2018年这一时间阶段研究成果为基础做一述评，同时对智慧图书馆研究的走向提几点建议。

1 我国智慧图书馆研究现状

为全面了解国内智慧图书馆的研究情况，我们通过中国知识资源总库（CNKI），利用高级检索，输入内容检索条件“篇名”，检索词为“智慧图书馆”，精确检索，截至2018年05月13日，获取检索结果合计475条。……
