摘要：生态环境监测是生态环境保护的基础工作，是精准治污、科学治污、依法治污的前提条件，是摸清生态环境质量底数、掌握生态环境质量变化动态、研判生态环境质量变化规律的关键所在，是生态环境管理的重要支撑。目前环境管理工作的模式是多措并施衔接排污许可制度的实施。因此污染源监测工作的重点及监测方式也有了新的方向。为了有效解决影响环境监测数据质量的突出问题，依法依规严肃查处生态环境监测数据弄虚作假行为，切实保障生态环境监测数据真实、准确、全面、客观，生态环境部制定并逐渐的完善了相应的监测管理制度。但对于污染源监测的工作还是存在一些不可避免的问题。

Abstract：Ecological environment monitoring is the basic work of ecological environment protection.It is the precondition for precise pollution control，scientific pollution control and pollution control according to law.It is to find out the ecological environment quality base，master the dynamic changes of ecological environment quality，and study the changes of ecological environment quality.The key is the important support for ecological environment management.At present，the mode of environmental management work is to implement multiple measures and implement the implementation of the sewage permit system.Therefore，the focus of monitoring of pollution sources and monitoring methods have also taken a new direction.In order to effectively solve the outstanding problems affecting the quality of environmental monitoring data，the illegal and  behaviors of ecological environment monitoring data are strictly investigated according to the regulations，and the ecological environment monitoring data is guaranteed to be true，accurate，comprehensive and objective.The Ministry of Ecology and Environment has formulated and gradually improved the corresponding monitoring.Management System.However，there are still some unavoidable problems in the monitoring of pollution sources.

1 污染源監测工作面临的现状
