【摘 要】国家对社会主义文明建设以及人民对文化生活的需求，需要我们提高对文化建设的重视程度。论文从新时代职工文化建设的重要内容，尤其是坚持公共事业的公益性、坚持社会效益与经济效益协调发展、建设企业品牌力量、坚持为员工服务的宗旨四个方面入手，结合时代特色，针对目前工会建设当中存在的不足，提出相应的对策，总结经验成果，以供参考。

【Abstract】The national demand for the construction of socialist civilization and people's demand for cultural life require us to pay more attention to the cultural construction. Starting with the important contents of the construction of staff culture in the new era， especially the tenet of adhering to the public welfare， the harmonious development of social and economic benefits， the construction of enterprise brand strength， and the aim of serving employees， and combined with the characteristics of the times， the paper puts forward corresponding solutions in view of the shortcomings existing in the construction of trade unions at present， and summarizes the experience results， for reference.

1 引言

国家计划在2020年要实现文化服务全面覆盖社会各个基层，加上经济全球化的趋势，企业之间的竞争需要企业不断提高员工素质，凝心聚力谋发展，推动企业生产力的升级，使得员工文化建设迫在眉睫。目前我国大多数企业，都牢牢把握大环境发展趋势，结合自身发展特点，进行员工的文化建设工作，但是在这一过程中，由于经验的不足，没有将员工的积极性和文化建设的价值最大化发挥出来。

2 加强职工文化建设的重要性

2.1 加强职工文化建设是社会主义精神文明建设的重要组成部分

要保障中国特色社会主义事业的顺利发展，提高我国人民的物质生活和精神生活，就必须努力建设社会主义物质文明与精神文明，只有保证这两者能够稳定发展，才能实现最终目标。而企业整体中，既包含有物质文明的建设，又包括了精神文明的发展，首先企业的产品，是人民物质生活的保障，而员工文化建设则是对物质明建设的补充，所以推动工会的文化建设工作，就是为我国物质文明和精神文明而努力。……
