【摘 要】作为城市市政建设不可或缺的重要元素，交通工程伴随着日益深入的城市建设，其质量水平的受关注度日益提高。为了满足人们交通出行和运输的基本保证，我们必须关注交通工程质量控制，而交通工程施工过程是影响交通工程质量水平的关键环节。论文概述了交通工程中加强技术管理的意义，具体分析了交通工程施工技术管理存在的问题，并讨论了相应的解决对策。

【Abstract】As an indispensable and important element of urban municipal construction， traffic engineering has been paid more and more attention with the deepening of urban construction. In order to satisfy the basic guarantee of people's traffic operation and transportation， we must pay attention to the quality control of traffic engineering， and the construction process of traffic engineering is the key link affecting the quality level of traffic engineering. This paper outlines the significance of strengthening technical management in traffic engineering， specifically analyzes the problems existing in the management of construction technology in traffic engineering， and discusses  corresponding solutions.

1 交通工程中加强技术管理的意义

第一，在交通工程中加强技术管理能够最大限度发挥全部施工人员的优势，还可以大大提高机械设备的使用效率，在保证施工质量的基础上，达到缩短工期、降低成本、提高效益的管理目标，提高了交通工程项目的市场竞争力。第二，在交通工程中加强技术管理，可以及时察觉交通工程施工过程中存在的质量隐患，并且及时采取措施纠正施工工作中的失误，对当前工作中的不足及施工过程中的故障情况及时采取补救措施，及时消除安全与质量隐患，保证企业在交通工程施工过程中安全有效地开展工作，保障施工效率的同时，为施工安全提供环境保障。第三，在交通工程中加强技术管理，还可以使施工企业科学合理地加强施工技术管理工作，促进施工企业培养和打造高素质的施工团队，并合理分配施工期间需要的技术人员与施工设备，有助于帮助企业实现施工设备的合理分配，提高施工规范性，促进企业管理水平的提升。……
