【摘 要】随着隧道建设工程项目的不断增多，隧道之间的距离逐渐缩短，新隧道的施工不可避免地会对原有隧道工程项目的稳定性和安全性产生一定的影响。论文主要针对既有线隧道施工安全管理工作进行探讨，分析隧道施工安全管理过程中的风险，希望能够全面提升隧道既有线施工安全管理水平，保证隧道工程建设质量。

【Abstract】With the increasing number of tunnel construction projects， the distance between tunnels is shortened gradually， and the construction of new tunnel will inevitably affect the stability and safety of the existing tunnel project. This paper mainly discusses the safety management of existing tunnel construction， analyzes the risks in the process of tunnel construction safety management， so as to improve the safety management level of existing tunnel construction in an all-round way and ensure the quality of tunnel construction.

1 引言

邻近既有线隧道施工受到原有隧道工程项目的制约，施工工艺和施工方法都受到了一定的限制。在既有隧道线路的前提下，需要严格按照相应的施工标准和施工方案完成新的工程项目的建设与施工，尽可能避免工程施工过程中对周围地质条件、土壤环境、管道环境等的影响，保证新隧道工程项目的顺利完成。

2 邻近既有线隧道工程风险评估

2.1 明确邻近既有线隧道工程的施工环境情况

由于隧道工程项目通常持续时间较长、地理跨度大、风险因素多，导致隧道工程项目建设过程中受到各种因素的影响而无法保证施工期间的安全性和可靠性。在进行邻近既有线隧道工程项目施工之前，需要对施工现场的环境进行充分系统的勘测，做好施工开展的准备工作，包括施工材料的准备和施工设备的准备。隧道施工有时需要占用房屋道路与耕地，相关人员还需要做好施工之前的拆迁工作，为隧道工程施工创造良好的环境。……
