【摘 要】目的：探究心理护理及健康教育对癫痫患者依从性的影响分析及效果。方法：研究样本选取为2018年2月到2019年4月期间本院接诊的68例癫痫患者，依据护理措施的不同将其分为对照组34例，实施常规护理措施，研究组34例，实施心理护理及健康教育护理措施，对比两组患者护理结果。结果：由统计数据得知，研究组97.06%护理满意度显著优于对照组82.35%（P<0.05）;与对照组相比，研究组护理依从性占有明显的优势（P<0.05）;在两组患者心理状态评分方面，研究组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。讨论：对癫痫患者在常规护理的基础上增加实施心理护理及健康教育护理措施，能够有效的提升患者的护理满意度，同时有效的改善了患者的护理依从性，对患者的心理状态评分也有着较大程度上的改变，值得推广使用。。

Abstract： . objective： to explore the influence analysis and effect of psychological nursing and health education on the compliance of epilepsy patients. Methods： the study samples were selected from68patients with epilepsy received in our hospital from February2018to April2019. According to different nursing measures，they were divided into34patients in the control group，who were given routine nursing measures，and34patients in the research group，who were given psychological nursing and health education nursing measures. The nursing results of the two groups were compared. Results： from the statistical data，the study group97.06% nursing satisfaction was significantly better than the control group82.35% （P <0.05）; Compared with the control group，the study group had a significant advantage in nursing compliance （P <0.05）. In terms of psychological state scores of the two groups of patients，the research group was significantly better than the control group （P <0.05）. Discussion： add psychological nursing and health education and nursing measures to epilepsy patients on the basis of routine nursing，can effectively improve patients' nursing satisfaction，at the same time effectively improve patients' nursing compliance，on the psychological state of patients score also has a large degree of change，it is worth promoting the use.

癫痫疾病的主要病因为神经系统异常放电引起的大脑暂时性功能障碍性慢性疾病，发病特征主要表现为反复、暂时、突发。癫痫疾病对患者的心理情绪、生理状态、生活质量等方面均会造成不同程度的影响，且癫痫疾病的治疗较为困难，治愈例数较少。目前的医疗环境下，对癫痫疾病的治疗主要通过药物控制以及治疗期间的护理干预[1]。由于癫痫疾病的治愈过程较为复杂，很多癫痫患者在发病后的治疗期间内均会出现不同程度的焦虑、抑郁、绝望等负面心理情绪，通过实施有效的护理措施能够有效的改善患者的负面心理情绪，从而提升患者的依从性及改善患者的负面心理状态[2]。在本次研究中，通过对本院收治的68例癫痫患者实施分组护理措施，研究实施心理护理及健康教育对癫痫患者的依从性影响，详见下文。
