【摘 要】如今随着人们生活水平的提高，以及国家对天然气的开发与利用力度不断的提高，导致埋地燃气管道的数量不断增加。因此，基于事故树对埋地燃气管道失效原因的调查与统计分析对于燃气管道的利用有着重要的意义。在这里通过现场调研、问卷、文献资料等方式对城市燃气埋地燃气管道失效原因的调研，然后运用数理统计等方法建立埋地燃气管道失效原因事故树，归纳总结影响失效的主要原因，为后续管网运行维护提供科学的依据。

【Abstract】Nowadays，with the improvement of people's living standard and the national development and utilization of natural gas，the number of buried gas pipelines is increasing.Therefore，the investigation and statistical analysis of the failure reasons of buried gas pipelines based on the accident tree are of great significance for the utilization of gas pipelines.In this paper，the failure reasons of buried gas pipelines in cities are investigated by means of field survey， questionnaire，literature and other methods.Then，mathematical statistics and other methods are used to establish the accident tree of the failure reasons of buried gas pipelines and summarize the main reasons affecting the failure，so as to provide scientific basis for the subsequent operation and maintenance of pipeline network.

0 前言

随着我国经济的发展和城市建设步伐的加速，燃气在城市中各个方面的利用程度不断加大，燃气管道在我国地下的布置越来越错综复杂，其燃气管道的安全运行也成为影响城市安全的一大重要问题。我国城市燃气管道多采用埋地方式，随着上世纪90年代以来，埋地燃气管道受到了诸多方面的影响，如腐蚀、第三方破坏、管道材料问题、施工缺陷、误操作等。在这些方面的影响下，埋地燃气管道的安全问题已经成为越来越严重的社会安全问题，它不仅间接的影响的国民经济，还直接威胁到公众的安全问题。剧近年以来对燃气事故的统计来看，室外燃气管道泄漏、爆炸数每月平均發生22起，受伤人数平均每月也有81人受伤，甚至平均下来死亡人数每月也可达到5人之多。因此，为了城市人民的生命和财产安全，对于埋地燃气管道失效原因的调查与统计分析就显得尤为重要。……
