【摘要】 目的：探讨盐酸特比萘芬片联合氟康唑治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的效果。方法：选取笔者所在医院2016年4月-2018年4月80例复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者，根据随机数字表法分为观察组（40例）与对照组（40例）。观察组给予盐酸特比萘芬片联合氟康唑治疗，对照组给予常规治疗。对比两组治疗效果及不良反应。结果：观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）;观察组治疗后症状评分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组治疗后阴道分泌物炎性指标均明显低于对照组（P<0.05）;观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：盐酸特比萘芬片联合氟康唑治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的效果显著，可降低不良反应及炎性指标水平，改善患者症状，提升治疗效果。

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the efficacy of Terbinafine Hydrochloride Tablets combined with Fluconazole in the treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis. Method： A total of 80 patients with recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were selected and divided into the observation group （40 cases） and the control group （40 cases） according to the random number table method. The observation group was treated with Terbinafine Hydrochloride Tablets combined with Fluconazole， and the control group was given conventional treatment. The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Result： The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）. After treatment， the symptom scores of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. After treatment， the inflammatory indexes of vaginal secretion in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P<0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Terbinafine Hydrochloride Tablets combined with Fluconazole has a significant effect on the treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis， which can reduce adverse reactions and inflammatory indexes level， improve the symptoms of patients and improve the treatment effect.

外陰阴道假丝酵母菌病是由假丝酵母菌引起的常见外阴阴道炎症。国外研究显示，约有75%的女性一生中患过一次外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病，45%的妇女经历过2次或以上的发作[1]。外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病临床表现为外阴奇痒、白带增多等，对患者身心健康造成严重影响。临床治疗以药物为主，但常规药物治疗难以有效降低复发率。本次研究中，给予观察组盐酸特比萘芬片联合氟康唑治疗，效果显著，报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取笔者所在医院2016年4月-2018年4月80例复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者。复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病诊断标准：外阴奇痒，白带增多;分泌物镜检显示假丝酵母菌菌丝和胞芽呈阳性;小阴唇内侧和阴道黏膜上有白色膜状物附着。纳入标准：（1）均符合复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病诊断标准[2];（2）无药物过敏史。排除标准：（1）妊娠期或哺乳期;（2）其他阴道炎;（3）合并糖尿病、严重肝肾功能不全及免疫功能低下。……
