【摘要】 目的：探讨益肾化湿颗粒辅助西药治疗慢性肾小球肾炎患者的疗效。 方法：选取2018年1月-2019年1月于笔者所在医院就诊的慢性肾小球肾炎患者120例，随机分为对照组与观察组，每组60例，对照组给予缬沙坦治疗，观察组加用益肾化湿颗粒联合缬沙坦治疗，时间均为3个月，比较两组治疗前后的临床疗效、理化指标[24 h蛋白尿定量（24 h Upro）、血尿素氮（BUN）、血清肌酐（Scr）、内生肌酐清除率（Ccr）]和不良反应。结果：治疗后，对照组总有效率为86.67%，观察组为96.67%，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组治疗后的24 h pro、BUN、Scr水平均显著低于治疗前（P<0.05），Ccr水平均显著高于治疗前（P<0.05）;治疗后观察组的上述指标均变化幅度大于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。对照组不良反应率为10.00%，观察组为6.67%，组间差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：益肾化湿颗粒联合缬沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的疗效显著，安全性高，值得推介。

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the efficacy of Yishen Huashi Granule assisted with western medicine in the treatment of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis. Method： 120 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis enrolled in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group （n=60） and observation group （n=60）. Control group was given Valsartan， and observation group was given Yishen Huashi granule combined with Valsartan， and they were treated for 3 months. The clinical efficacy， physicochemical indexes [24 h urine proteinuria （24 h Upro）， blood urea nitrogen （BUN）， serum creatinine （Ccr）， endogenous creatinine clearance rate （Scr）] and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Result： After treatment， the total effective rate was 86.67% in control group and 96.67% in observation group （P<0.05）. After treatment， the levels of 24 h pro， BUN and Scr in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment （P<0.05）， while the level of Ccr was significantly higher than that before treatment （P<0.05）. The changes of above indexes in observation group after treatment were greater than those in control group （P<0.05）. The rate of adverse reactions was 10.00% in control group and 6.67% in observation group （P>0.05）. Conclusion： Yishen Huashi Granule combined with Valsartan has significant efficacy on chronic glomerulonephritis， and it has high safety， and it is worthy of recommendation.

慢性腎小球肾炎的病程较长，早期无明显表现，数年后肾功能逐渐恶化，严重时甚至会导致肾衰竭，影响患者的身心健康[1]。该病很难彻底治愈，西医疗法常采用糖皮质激素或细胞毒类药物，疗效较好，但副作用较多，中医疗法标本兼治，但见效较慢，因此探寻中西医结合治疗慢性肾炎成为研究人员的重要课题[2]。本次研究旨在探讨益肾化湿颗粒联合缬沙坦对慢性肾小球肾炎的疗效影响。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料
