【摘要】 目的：探讨利托君治疗胎膜早破型先兆早产的临床效果。方法：选取笔者所在医院2017年2月-2018年5月收治的胎膜早破型先兆早产孕妇64例，根据随机双盲法分组，各32例，常规组采取硫酸镁治疗，干预组采取利托君治疗，对比两组临床效果。结果：干预组孕妇孕期延长时间明显长于常规组，宫缩消失时间明显短于常规组，新生儿体质量明显重于常规组，保胎成功率明显高于常规组，而不良反应发生率明显低于常规组（P<0.05）。结论：利托君治疗胎膜早破型先兆早产的临床效果较显著，可及时停止宫缩，延长孕期，能明显改善妊娠结局，提高新生儿生存质量，且用药安全性高。

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Ritodrine in the treatment of premature rupture of membranes with threatened premature delivery. Method： A total of 64 cases of premature rupture of membranes threatened premature delivery were selected in our hospital from February 2017 to May 2018. According to the randomized double-blind method， 32 cases in each group. Routine group was treated with Magnesium Sulfate and Ritodrine in the intervention group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Result： Pregnant women in intervention group prolonged their pregnancy， significantly longer than those in routine group， the disappearance time of uterine contraction was significantly shorter than that in routine group， neonatal weight was significantly higher than that in routine group， the success rate of fetal protection was significantly higher than that in routine group， and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in routine group （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Ritodrine is effective in the treatment of premature rupture of membranes with threatened premature delivery. It can stop uterine contraction in time， prolong pregnancy period， improve pregnancy outcomes， improve the quality of life of newborns， and has high safety of medication.

胎膜早破型先兆早產临床症状多表现为脐带脱垂、先兆早产等症状，进而极易对母婴生命安全造成极大威胁，最终可能导致围产儿死亡[1-3]，因此需要提供一种安全、高效的治疗方案，及时改善先兆早产症状，缓解、消除宫缩，延长孕期，提高围产儿生存质量，而利托君是当前妇产科治疗胎膜早破型先兆早产常用的一种药物[4]。本试验选取64例胎膜早破型先兆早产孕妇，研究利托君治疗的效果，报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取笔者所在医院2017年2月-2018年5月收治的胎膜早破型先兆早产孕妇64例，根据随机双盲法分组，各32例。纳入标准：不存在药物过敏反应者;语言沟通无障碍者;无精神性疾病或认知功能正常者;经临床检查符合胎膜早破型先兆早产诊断标准者[5]。排除标准：腹部存在恶性肿瘤者;肝脏、心脏、脾胃、肾脏等器官功能障碍者;病例资料或信息不完善者;存在严重妊娠期并发症者;存在家族遗传病史者;存在神经性疾病或血液系统疾病者;胎心监护或产妇B超检查异常者[6]。……
