【摘要】 目的：探讨标准化护理模式对儿科患者基础护理合格率的影响。方法：以笔者所在医院儿科2018年1月-2019年1月收治的300例患儿为研究对象，按计算机数字表法将其随机分为两组，每组150例。对照组行常规护理，试验组以标准化护理模式展开护理。比较两组护理质量、基础护理合格率及护理差错事件发生情况。结果：试验组各护理质量评分及护理质量总评分均较对照组高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。试验组基础护理合格率为97.33%，高于对照组的87.33%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。试验组护理差错事件发生率为2.00%，低于对照组的8.00%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：通过标准化护理模式对儿科患者展开护理，可有效提升护理质量，进而提升基础护理合格率、降低护理差错事件发生率。

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the influence of standardized nursing mode on the qualified rate of basic nursing for pediatric patients. Method： A total of 300 children in pediatrics department of our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study objects. They were randomly divided into two groups according to the method of computer number table， with 150 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing， and the experimental group received standardized nursing mode. The quality of nursing， the qualified rate of basic nursing and the occurrence of nursing error events were compared between the two groups. Result： The scores of nursing quality and total nursing quality in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The qualified rate of basic nursing in the experimental group was 97.33%， which was higher than 87.33% in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The incidence of nursing error events in the experimental group was 2.00%， which was lower than 8.00% in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The nursing of pediatric patients through standardized nursing mode can effectively improve the quality of nursing， and then improve the qualified rate of basic nursing and reduce the incidence of nursing errors events.

兒童免疫系统方面的发育尚未达到成熟水平，易发感冒、腹泻、哮喘等疾病，加之患儿多无独立社会能力，病情发生变化时，家属情绪容易激动，导致儿科护理难度增加[1-2]。以往临床上对儿科患者进行护理时，多关注病情本身，在一定程度上忽视患儿本身及其家属生理、心理等方面的护理需求，基础护理合格率不够理想[3]。标准化护理模式强调护理操作流程的程序化、标准化，可有效提升护理效果及安全性，笔者所在医院近年来已将其应用于儿科护理中。此次研究将笔者所在医院儿科2018年1月-2019年1月收治的300例患儿分为两组，分别予以常规护理模式护理、标准化护理模式护理，旨在进一步对标准化护理模式对儿科患者基础护理合格率的影响进行探讨，现报道如下。
