【摘要】 目的：研究在进行13C尿素呼气试验的体检者体检过程中应用临床护理路径后的效果及价值。方法：参与本次研究的试验对象为2017年12月-2018年12月于笔者所在医院进行体检的人员600例，根据不同护理方案将所有试验人员随机分为两组，其中对照组300例实施常规体检护理，而另300例为观察组，应用临床护理路径，观察并统计两组实施不同护理方案的体检人群对于体检满意度及13C尿素呼气试验成功率情况。结果：观察组体检人员在应用临床护理路径后较对照组体检人群满意度明显提高（P<0.05）;而且13C尿素呼气试验成功率也显著增加，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：临床护理路径的应用相较于常规护理在进行13C尿素呼气试验体检人群中的应用更具有优势，应在体检中进行推广使用。

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the effect and value of applying clinical nursing pathways in the process of group examination of 13C urea breath test. Method： The subjects involved in this study were 600 patients who underwent physical examination in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018. In this study， all the testers were randomly divided into two groups according to different nursing programs. The staff performed routine physical examination and care for 300 cases， while the other 300 patients used the clinical nursing path for the observation group. Observed the results of satisfaction and the 13C urea breath test success rate. Result： After the application of the clinical nursing pathway， the physical examination staff of the observation group showed a significant increase in satisfaction compared with the control group （P<0.05）. The success rate of the 13C urea breath test was also significantly increased， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The application of clinical nursing pathway is more advantageous than the application of routine nursing in the 13C urea breath test physical examination population. It should be promoted and used in physical examination.

近年来，随着经济的发展及科学技术水平的不断提高，医疗水平也随之发展，人们对于自身健康也越来越重视[1]。而且，由于生活节奏的加快及人们所承受的工作及家庭压力的增加导致多数人群处于亚健康状态，多种疾病的发生发展日趋年轻化[2]。因此，体检的重要性不言而喻，不仅有利于机体内疾病的早期发现，早治疗，而且有利于个体对于自身状态及时了解并进行调整[3]。但是，据相关调查研究表明，目前常规体检护理服务已不能够满足体检人群的需求，且体检人员满意度较低[4-5]。故现对两组进行13C尿素呼气试验体检人群给予不同方案进行护理从而研究分析临床护理路径应用于13C尿素呼气试验体检者的价值及效果，具体研究分析结果如下。

1 资料与方法
