α-硫辛酸联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究

【摘要】 目的:分析α-硫辛酸聯合依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年1月-2019年1月收治的122例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,按随机序列法分为观察组和对照组,每组61例。两组均给予常规治疗,对照组额外接受α-硫辛酸治疗,观察组额外接受α-硫辛酸联合依帕司他治疗。对比两组治疗前后四肢运动神经传导速度、感觉神经传导速度,评估治疗有效率和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗前四肢运动神经传导速度、感觉神经传导速度与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组四肢运动神经传导速度、感觉神经传导速度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后四肢运动神经传导速度、感觉神经传导速度均高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:α-硫辛酸联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果理想,患者运动神经和感觉神经功能均有所恢复,且安全性理想。

[Abstract] Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of Alpha-lipoic Acid combined with Epalrestat in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Method: A total of 122 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 61 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine treatment, the control group received additional Alpha-lipoic Acid treatment, and the observation group received additional Alpha-lipoic Acid combined with Epalrestat treatment. The motor nerve conduction velocity and sensory nerve conduction velocity of limbs before and after treatment were compared between the two groups, and the effective rate of treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were evaluated. Result: The motor nerve conduction velocity and sensory nerve conduction velocity of limbs before treatment in the observation group were compared with those of the control group, and the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05). After treatment, the motor nerve conduction velocity and sensory nerve conduction velocity of limbs in the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the motor nerve conduction velocity and sensory nerve conduction velocity of limbs in both groups were higher than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of Alpha-lipoic Acid combined with Epalrestat in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is ideal. The motor nerve and sensory nerve function of patients have been recovered, and the safety is ideal.

周围神经病变指患者的周围神经系统出现结构或功能损害,影响运动功能和感知功能。本病的诱因较多,以糖尿病为原发疾病导致的病变称为糖尿病周围神经病变。临床普遍强调通过综合治疗改善患者病情,认为不同用药方案的治疗效果存在差异。笔者所在医院选取2018年1月-2019年1月收治的122例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,就α-硫辛酸联合依帕司他的临床效果进行研究,结果如下。
