【摘要】 目的：探討补中益气颗粒联合双歧杆菌三联活菌治胶囊治疗慢性腹泻的临床效果。方法：选择2017年2月-2019年2月60例慢性腹泻患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，各30例。对照组给予双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗，观察组采用补中益气颗粒联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗，两组均治疗4周。比较两组疗效，记录治疗前后腹胀、腹痛定量评分和大便次数，观察两组不良反应。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为90.00%，高于对照组的66.67%（P<0.05）。治疗前，两组腹胀、腹痛定量评分和大便次数比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗后，观察组腹胀、腹痛定量评分均低于对照组，大便次数少于对照组（P<0.05）。两组恶心、头晕、头痛、口干、尿常规异常比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：补中益气颗粒联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗慢性腹泻的效果显著，能够减少腹胀、腹痛定量评分和大便次数，不会增加不良反应。

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi Granule combined with Live Combined Bifidobacterium， Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Capsules on chronic diarrhea. Method： A total of 60 patients with chronic diarrheafrom February 2017 to February 2019were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group， with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Live Combined Bifidobacterium， Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Capsules， while the observation group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Granule combined with Live Combined Bifidobacterium， Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Capsules. The course of treatment was 4 weeks in two groups. The curative effects of the two groups were compared， and the quantitative scores of abdominal distension， abdominal pain and stool frequency were recorded before and after treatment in two groups. The adverse reactions were observed in two groups. Result： The total effective rate in the observation group was 90.00%， which was higher than 66.67% of the control group （P<0.05）. Before treatment， the quantitative scores of abdominal distension， abdominal pain and stool frequency were compared between the two groups， and the differences were not statistically significant （P>0.05）. After treatment， the quantitative scores of abdominal distension， abdominal pain in the observation group were lower than those of the control group， and stool frequency was less than that of the control group （P<0.05）. Nausea， dizziness， headache， dry mouth and abnormal urine routine were compared between the two groups， and the differences were not statistically significant （P>0.05）. Conclusion： Buzhong Yiqi Granule combined with Live Combined Bifidobacterium， Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Capsules has a significant effect in the treatment of chronic diarrhea， which can reduce the quantitative scores of abdominal distension and abdominal pain and stool frequency， without increasing adverse reactions.

慢性腹泻是内科较为常见的消化系统疾病，指腹泻病程超过3周或长期反复发作，临床主要表现为排便次数增多（>3次/d），粪质稀薄（含水量>85%）及粪便量增多（>200 g/d）等，多发生于夏秋季节，具有病情迁延、易反复发作等特点。慢性腹泻病因复杂，多因细菌或病毒感染所致，与肠道过敏、饮食、全身疾病、药物等关系密切[1]。西医多采取抗生素、益生菌制剂和对症治疗，但因不良反应、耐药性等困扰，治疗效果不甚理想。中医认为慢性腹泻属“泄泻”范畴，病机在脾胃、肠，病程缠绵，多由于饮食不节、疲劳、情绪失控等导致病情反复发作，严重影响身体健康[2]。双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊是临床常用的益生菌制剂，治疗腹泻具有一定效果[3]。补中益……
