【摘要】 目的：探讨VSD负压引流结合盖扶（重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子）治疗植皮后创面的临床效果。方法：将40例植皮后创面的患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，各20例，治疗组采用VSD负压引流结合加入重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子的生理盐水冲洗治疗，对照组采用VSD结合生理盐水冲洗治疗。结果：所有患者治疗后均痊愈出院。治疗组患者较对照组患者植皮后创面愈合速度加快，同期愈合率提高，愈合时间缩短，患者疼痛轻，舒适度高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。未观察到与使用盖扶有关的全身系统异常变化和不良反应。结论：VSD负压引流联合盖扶治疗植皮后创面可以促进创面愈合，明显缩短创面愈合时间，值得临床推广。

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of VSD negative pressure drainage combined with Gaifu （Recombinant Human Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor） in the treatment of post-plant skin wounds. Method： Forty patients with skin grafts after skin grafting were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with VSD negative pressure drainage combined with Gaifu （Recombinant Human Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor）. The control group was treated with VSD in combination with saline. Result： All patients were cured after treatment. Compared with the control group， the wound healing rate of the treatment group was faster after the skin grafting， the healing rate was improved， the healing time was shortened， the patients pain was light， and the comfort was high， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. There was no related systemic abnormalities and adverse reactions. Conclusion： VSD negative pressure drainage combined with Gaifu treatment of wound healing after skin grafting can promote wound healing and significantly shorten wound healing time， which is worthy of clinical promotion.

及时有效地修复创面是烧伤整形科临床中最棘手又最热点的研究课题。20世纪90年代，德国弗斯切曼率先使用负压封闭引流技术（vacuum sealing drainage，VSD）来治疗各种急慢性创面，既减轻了患者的痛苦，又取得了较好的临床效果[1]。基礎研究已证实表皮生长因子能刺激内外胚层起源的各种细胞，如内皮细胞、表皮、真皮细胞等，使其增值迁移，加快创面的修复[2-3]。笔者所在医院于2018年1-12月应用VSD负压引流结合盖扶（重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子）治疗植皮后创面，取得较好的疗效，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

2018年1-12月笔者所在医院收治的皮肤软组织缺损患者40例。纳入标准：（1）年龄不低于28岁者;（2）无精神疾病者。排除标准：（1）伴有凝血功能障碍者;（2）伴有恶性肿瘤疾病者;（3）中途退出研究者。其中男28例，女12例……
