【摘要】 目的：观察扶正泄浊保肾汤对慢性肾衰大鼠甲状旁腺激素（PTH）、肾功水平变化及中药的干预作用。方法：采用5/6肾切除法建立CRF大鼠模型;将60只雄性SD大鼠随机分为模型组，尿毒清组，中药大、中、小剂量组和假手术组;假手术组及模型组同时间予等体积的生理盐水灌胃，尿毒清组予以含原药0.25 g/ml的悬混液灌胃，中药组分别按临床成人用量的9倍、6倍、3倍配制不同剂量中药灌胃，疗程8周。检测各组大鼠PTH及Scr、BUN水平。结果：与假手术组比较，模型组大鼠PTH、Scr、BUN均明显升高，Hb及RBC均明显降低（P<0.05）;各给药组治疗后较模型组均有所改善，PTH、Scr、BUN降低（P<0.05），Hb及RBC升高（P<0.05）;其中以中药大、中剂量组为佳，两组之间差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：扶正泄浊保肾汤可以降低慢性肾衰大鼠PTH、Scr、BUN水平，改善临床症状，保护肾功，延缓肾衰竭的进展。

[Abstract] Objective： To observe the intervention effect of Fuzheng Xiezhuo Baoshen Decoction on parathyroid hormone （PTH）， renal function in rats with chronic renal failure and TCM. Method： This case used 5/6 nephrectomy to establish a CRF rat model. Sixty male SD rats were randomly divided into six groups： a model group， a sham operation group， a group with Niaoduqing Granule and three TCM groups with large， medium and small doses of Fuzheng Xiezhuo Baoshen Decoction. The sham operation group and the model group were given equal volume of normal saline at the same time， and the Niaoduqing Granule group was given suspension containing 0.25 g/ml of the original drug. Three TCM groups had prepared different doses of Chinese medicine gavage according to the clinical adult dosage of 9 times， 6 times， 3 times， course of treatment respectively for 8 weeks. The levels of PTH， Scr and BUN in each group of CRF rats were detected. Result： Compared with the sham operation group， PTH， Scr and BUN were significantly increased in the model group and Hb and RBC were significantly decreased， there was statistical significance （P<0.05）. PTH， Scr and BUN were decreased （P<0.05）， and Hb and RBC were increased （P<0.05）. Among them， the large and medium dose groups of TCM were the best， and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant （P>0.05）.Conclusion： Fuzheng Xiezhuo Baoshen Decoction can help lower the levels of PTH， SCr and BUN in rats with chronic renal failure， reduce clinical symptoms， protect renal function and prolong the process of renal failure.

慢性肾衰竭（CRF）是各种慢性肾脏疾病进展所导致的肾功能减退及由此引起的机体内环境紊乱的临床综合征，涉及多个系统，为临床急危重症之一，目前尚无治愈方法。中医中药在延缓肾功能进展、改善临床症状、提高患者生存质量等方面疗效稳定。前期我们应用扶正泄浊保肾汤治疗CRF取得了较好的临床疗效[1-3]，并通过实验研究已初步探讨了其部分作用机制[4-7]，本研究通过观察扶正泄浊保肾汤对慢性肾衰大鼠的治疗作用，探讨其降低PTH水平延缓肾功能进展的可能機制，为药物进一步研发提供理论依据。

1 材料与方法
