【摘 要】“互联网+”的兴起正在深刻影响着传统金融学领域，而传统《金融学》课程教学中存在许多问题。学生个性化、多元化的学习目标对单一的教学方法和考核方式提出了改革新要求，快速发展的互联网技术为《金融学》教学变革提供了契机。论文提出教学改革的相关思路，并以上海立达学院为例，论证了相关改革措施实施的效果。

【Abstract】The rise of "internet+" is deeply affecting the traditional finance field， and there are many problems existing in the traditional "Finance" course teaching. The individual and diversified learning objectives of the students put forward the new requirements for the single teaching method and the assessment method， and the rapid development of the internet technology provides an opportunity for the "Finance" teaching reform. This paper puts forward the relevant thinking of the teaching reform， and takes Shanghai Lida College as an example to demonstrate the implementation effect of the relevant reform measures.

1 《金融学》课程教学改革的背景

《金融学》是高校经管类专业学生的专业核心基础课，作为引导学生认识金融、学习金融的一扇门，对于培养学生的金融思维起到至关重要的作用[1]。随着信息技术的发展，尤其是“互联网+”概念的提出，各领域都积极地将互联网与自身结合起来，寻求新的发展与突破。高校教学也在不断地改革教学方式，完善信息技术平台建设，使教师可以运用网络手段实现新型教学，培养更加全面，符合社会主义需要的金融学专业人才。

2 《金融学》课程教学过程中存在的问题

2.1 教学内容滞后

金融学是实践性非常强的一门课，金融形势也时刻发生着变化，大多教师以教材讲述为主，对于金融创新理论以及相关新闻等漠不关心，以至于课堂教学脱离实际且枯燥无味。

2.2 教学手段单一

目前金融学课堂教学，教师还在沿用“教材+黑板+PPT”的演示讲解教学模式，教学手段较为单一，不能满足学生随时随地学习的需要，缺少与学生互动的媒体教学平台。……
