摘 要：随着新型城镇化的快速发展、生态文明体系的不断完善以及乡村振兴战略的大力推进，赋予了土地资源管理新的科学内涵和发展方向，国家和地方对土地管理高层次、应用型人才的需求不断加大。该文基于人才培养方案的调研，分析了石河子大学土地资源管理专业发展现状，分析了现有模式下人才培养中存在的问题，并提出了“应用型”土地资源管理专业人才培养方案优化的思路与措施，以期为石河子大学该专业的未来发展以及学生的就业保障提供参考。

Study on the Optimization of Talent Training Program Based on“Application Type”Land Resources Management：A Case Study of Shihezi University

Abstract：With the rapid development of new urbanization，the improvement of the ecological civilization system and the vigorous promotion of the strategy of rural revitalization，the new scientific connotation and direction of land resources management has been given. In recent years，national and local demand for high-level and applied talents in land management is increasing. Based on the analysis of the situation and development of land resource management major in Shihezi University，this paper analyzes the existing problems in the training of talents under the existing mode，and puts forward the ideas and measures for the optimization of the training program of the "applied" professionals in combination with the actual needs of the state and the society. In order to provide the basis and direction for the future development of Shihezi University and the employment security of students.

《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010—2020年）》[1]和《国务院办公厅关于深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施意见》[2]文件均提出，要探索以提升质量为核心的本科专业内涵式发展之路。随着新思想、新理论的不断发展和新技术、新方法的开发应用，使得土地科学与各学科之间向多学科融合、高新技术参与的综合交叉方向上扩展深入，特别是随着我国新型城镇化发展加速、土地制度改革力度的加大以及乡村振兴战略的推进[3-5]，促使社会迫切需要具备知识面宽、素质高、适应性强，具备多学科综合思维能力和创新能力的“应用型”土地管理人才。在“一带一路”背景下，新疆经济社会发展的步伐不断加快，土地资源合理配置和统筹优化的要求随之提高，这必将极大地增加新疆以及兵团地区对土地资源管理人才的需求。……
