【摘 要】雄安新区建设是“京津冀协同发展”战略的重要一环。伴随新区快速发展，新区轨道交通建设提供天津轨道交通类职业院校服务雄安新区建设的历史机遇。通过向新区轨道交通企业输送人才、支持新区轨道交通职业教育发展两个主要形式服务新区建设，天津轨道交通类职业院校还需做好协同机制、打破壁垒、系统调研等方面问题的解决。

【Abstract】 The construction of Xiong'an new area is an important link of the strategy of the "coordinated development of Beijing， Tianjin and Hebei". With the rapid development of the new area， the construction of rail transit in the new area will provide historical opportunities for the vocational colleges of rail transit in Tianjin to serve the construction of Xiong'an new area. It serves the construction of the new area from two mian forms， that is， transferring talents to rail transit enterprises in new area and supporting the development of mass transit vocational education in new area. Tianjin rail transit vocational colleges also need to solve the problems of coordination mechanism， breaking barriers， system research and other aspects.

1 雄安新区轨道交通建设人才需求

2017年6月河北省政府印发《河北省综合交通运输体系发展“十三五”规划》，提出雄安新区将建设以城市轨道交通为主的城市道路系统，与周边城际、高铁、高速公路、机场和干线公路网衔接，基本建成集疏高效、服务便捷的新区综合交通系统。在《雄安新区规划纲要：第七章》中，雄安新区将建设“四纵两横”区域高速铁路交通网络并在域内建设轨道交通，对地铁作规划空间预留。加强规划控制并预留市域、区域轨道交通通道走廊空间。规划中低运量轨道交通系统，衔接大运量轨道交通[1]。

可以预见，未来雄安新区将成为京津冀地区轨道交通又一枢纽，形成完善的轨道城市轨道交通网络。届时将对轨道交通技能型人才有较大需求。目前，新区尚无轨道交通类职业培养能力，而轨道交通类职业教育由于工科属性，对师资力量、教学场地、实训条件、资源建设、校企合作要求较高，短期内在新区建立健全轨道交通类职业教育体系并保障充分的需求供给较为困难。……
