[摘要]护理教育的改革一直是当前研究的热点，Seminar教学法自引进中国课堂后被研究者不断尝试和创新，但仍需要进一步探索出适合我国护理教育现状的发展道路。针对目前Seminar教学法在国内外应用情况、创新模式及在我国应用后凸显的问题进行综述，旨在总结经验，提出解决问题的意见，以期找到一个适合国内护理学科发展的最优Seminar教学模式，满足社会对护理人才的迫切需求。

[Abstract] The reform of nursing education has been a hot topic of current research. Since the Seminar teaching method was introduced to the classroom in China， the researchers have been keeping trying and innovating a lot. However， it is still necessary to further explore the development path suitable for the status quo of nursing education in China. The application situation， the innovative mode and the problem of Seminar at home and abroad are overviewed in this research， aiming at summing up the experience and putting forward the suggestion to solve the problem， so as to find a suitable mode for the domestic development of nursing science and to meet the social demand for nursing personnel.

我国是世界上最早开始护理高等教育的国家之一，近十几年来，随着护理教育的深化改革和国内外学术交流的不断深入，我国护理教学水平和培养质量正稳步增强，尤其是本科护理教育。但随着近几年护理学科的飞速发展和医学事业对护理人才的迫切需求，我国护理本科教育也开始凸现其存在的问题，有些高校的课程体系和课程设置在科学性、合理性等方面欠佳，师资力量匮乏，导致学生整体文化素养弱、临床实践能力较差[1]。近年来，一些新型的教学模式应运而生，且收到良好成效，如Seminar教学法、案例教学法等。本研究将着重综述Seminar案例教学法在护理本科生教育中的应用，旨在为更好地学习、了解和运用新型教学模式，为护理本科教学创新提供依据，更为本科教育改革方向及模式提供参考。
