[摘要]目的 分析全程護理配合在超声引导下经直肠前列腺穿刺活检护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2015年6月～2017年1月我院收治的120例前列腺病变患者作为研究对象，患者均在超声引导下经直肠前列腺穿刺活检，根据单双号分组法将患者分为两组，每组各60例。传统组采用传统护理模式干预，在此基础上，全程组实施全程护理配合。比较两组干预前后的心理状态焦虑（SAS）、抑郁（SDS）评分、血压（舒张压、收缩压）水平，并观察两组护理依从性、护理满意度情况。结果 干预前，两组的心理状态各指标评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；全程组干预后的SAS、SDS评分均低于传统组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；干预前，两组血压水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；全程组干预后的舒张压、收缩压水平均低于传统组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；全程组的护理依从性评分、护理满意度评分均高于传统组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在超声引导下经直肠前列腺穿刺活检中，实施全程护理配合，可有效缓解负面情绪，提高护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the application effect of whole-course nursing on patients performed with transrectal prostate biopsy under ultrasound guidance. Methods A total of 120 patients with prostate lesions admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to January 2017 were selected as subjects. All patients underwent transrectal prostate biopsy under ultrasound guidance. The patients were equally divided into two groups according to the odd or even number， 60 cases in each group. The patients treated with the traditional nursing model were classified into traditional group. On this basis， the patients provided with the whole-course nursing as cooperation were categorized into whole group. The scores of psychological status like self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale （SDS）， blood pressure （diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure） levels before and after intervention in these two groups were compared and analyzed， and the nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed. Results There was no significant difference in the scores of psychological indicators before intervention between the two groups （P>0.05）. The SAS and SDS scores after the intervention in the whole group were lower than those in the traditional group， with statistical significance （P<0.05）. Before intervention， there was no significant difference in blood pressure levels between the two groups （P>0.05）. The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure after intervention in the whole group were both lower compared to those in the traditional group （P<0.05）. The scores of nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction scores were higher than those in the traditional group， with statistical significance （P<0.05）. Conclusion During ultrasound-guided transrectal prostate biopsy， the implementation of whole-course nursing as cooperation can effectively alleviate the negative emotions and improve nursing satisfaction， which is worthy of recommendation and application.

前列腺病变属于临床男性常见的疾病，其中最为常见的为前列腺腺癌[1]。本研究中选取在我院接受治疗的120例前列腺病变患者为研究对象，均在超声引导下经直肠前列腺穿刺活检，并观察全程护理配合的效果，现报道如下。

1资料与方法
