【摘要】目的：研究中药调剂应用中药处方点评的价值。方法：以2016年本社区卫生中心未应用中药处方点评法时接诊的50例患者为对照组，另择2017年应用中药处方点评法时接诊的50例患者为实验组。分析比较两组的用药风险发生率等指标。结果：实验组的不良反应发生率和用药风险发生率比对照组低，P<0.05。实验组的治疗总有效率为98.0%，比对照组的86.0%高，P<0.05。结论：合理应用中药处方点评法，可显著提高患者临床用药的安全性和有效性。

[Abstract] Objective： to study the value of traditional Chinese medicine prescription review in regulating and applying traditional Chinese medicine.Methods： 50 patients admitted in 2016 when the community health center did not apply the traditional Chinese medicine prescription review method were used as the control group， and another 50 patients admitted in 2017 when the traditional Chinese medicine prescription review method was used as the experimental group.Analysis and comparison of drug risk incidence and other indicators between the two groups.Results： the incidence of adverse reactions and drug risk in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group （ p < 0.05 ）.The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 98.0 %， higher than 86.0 % in the control group， p < 0.05.Conclusion： the rational application of Chinese medicine prescription review method can significantly improve the safety and effectiveness of clinical medication for patients.

在开展药学服务之后，人们对于中药的合理应用和安全用药问题有了更多的关注。并且，临床也开始采取各种有效的措施来提高药物的用药效果，减少不良反应发生风险。此研究，笔者将着重分析中药处方点评在中药调剂中的应用价值，总结如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

对照组选择2016年本社区卫生中心未应用中药处方点评法时接诊的50例患者，包含男性26例以及女性24例，年龄在19-63岁之间，平均（50.84±1.72）岁。实验组选择2017年本社区卫生中心应用中药处方点评法时接诊的50例患者，包含男性27例以及女性23例，年龄在20-63岁之间，平均（50.92±1.71）岁。患者都有完整的临床资料，依从性良好。比较两组的年龄和就诊时间等基线资料，P>0.05，具有可比性。

1.2 方法

中药调剂时对照组按照常规的方法进行用药，而实验组则应用中药处方点评法，详细如下：（1）组织相关医护人员对重复用药和用药错误等不良事件的发生原因进行综合分析，并制定出《中药处方点评要点》，然后再将之积极用于中药调剂工作中。……
