【摘要】 目的：探讨整体护理与人文关怀在子宫内膜癌围术期护理中的应用效果。方法：在福建省厦门大学附属第一医院2015年6月-2018年1月诊治的子宫内膜癌患者中选取90例，按护理方案不同予以分组：对照组（n=45）应用常规护理，研究组（n=45）应用整体护理与人文关怀。

结果：（1）护理前，两组HAMD评分比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；护理后，两组HAMD评分均下降，研究组低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；（2）研究组护理依从性是97.78%，高于对照组的82.22%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：整体护理与人文关怀在子宫内膜癌围术期护理中的应用效果确切，可推广。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the application of holistic nursing and humanistic care in the perioperative nursing of endometrial carcinoma.

Method：In Jingmen First People's Hospital from June 2015 to January 2018，90 cases of endometrial cancer were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing regimen：the control group（n=45） received routine nursing，and the study group（n=45） applied holistic nursing and humanistic care.

Result：Before nursing，there was no statistical difference between the two groups of HAMD scores（P>0.05）；After nursing，the scores of the two groups of HAMD were all decreased（P<0.05），the study group was lower than the control group（P<0.05）.（2）The nursing compliance of the study group was 97.78%，was higher than 82.22% of the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The application of holistic nursing and humanistic care in the perioperative nursing of endometrial cancer is effective and can be popularized.

子宫内膜癌是一种上皮性恶性肿瘤，同时也是妇科中三大恶性肿瘤之一，对女性生命安全均构成威胁，因而患者普遍存在心理问题，不利于其身心健康，且影响其生活质量，需及时予以手术治疗。其中，围术期采取恰当护理方式，对改善患者心理状态、优化手术治疗效果有积极作用，但缺乏足够试验依据支持。本研究为明确整体护理与人文关怀在子宫内膜癌围术期护理中的应用效果，在一组子宫内膜癌患者围术期应用整体护理与人文关怀，而对另一组患者采取常规护理，现报道两组护理前后抑郁情绪变化及护理依从性如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料
