【摘要】 目前临床上针对小儿肺部疾病，支气管镜的应用已经十分广泛。利用支气管镜可实现对疾病的诊断与治疗提供非常有价值的参考。通过在支气管镜下进行肺泡灌洗术，整个手术过程操作简单、安全有效、对患儿的创伤小，对促进患儿康复、缩短患儿住院时间有重要意义，也会临床上针对小儿呼吸疾病的诊断与治疗打开新的局面。由于支气管镜肺泡灌洗术是一种侵入性操作，患儿会出现不愿合作的情况，带给诊疗一定困难，还容易给患儿留下心理创伤。面对这种情况，加强小儿支气管镜肺泡灌洗术过程中的护理干预十分重要，利用护理干预从多个角度、多个方面开展对患儿的护理，可有效提高患儿依从性，确保整个手术顺利进行。本次研究旨在为临床治疗的应用提供一定理论基础和实证资料的基础上，同时重点希望能够为临床护理工作提供有价值参考。

【Abstract】 Clinical application of bronchoscopy has been widely used in children with pulmonary diseases. The use of bronchoscopes can provide a very valuable reference for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.Through bronchoscopic lavage，the entire operation is simple，safe and effective，and has little trauma to children.It is of great significance in promoting the recovery of children and shortening the hospitalization time of children，and it will also be clinically targeted for children with respiratory diseases.The diagnosis and treatment opens up new situations. Because bronchoscopic bronchoalveolar lavage is an invasive procedure，children may experience unwillingness to collaborate，and it is difficult to bring medical treatment to the patient，leaving them vulnerable to psychological trauma. In the face of this situation，it is very important to strengthen the nursing intervention during pediatric bronchoscopic bronchoalveolar lavage.Using nursing interventions to carry out care for children from multiple angles and in multiple aspects can effectively improve the compliance of children and ensure the entire the operation went smoothly.This study aims to provide a theoretical basis and empirical data for the application of clinical treatment，and at the same time it hopes to provide valuable reference for clinical nursing work.

对于接受支气管镜肺泡灌洗术的患儿而言，支气管镜插入后有可能发生患儿缺氧、窒息的可能，加上支气管镜的插入容易引起不适进一步导致小儿不合作，这对于手术的顺利开展有一定难度[1]。面对这种情况，做好整个阶段的护理工作是有效预防和治疗并发症的一个关键点。而临床护理工作的开展需要在充分了解支气管镜、肺泡灌洗术的基础上才能够实现有针对性的护理。
