〔摘 要〕为帮助学界了解控制错觉理论在信息系统研究中的应用现状，本文梳理了国内外相关文献，发现控制错觉理论在信息系统研究中的应用主要包括两个方面：控制错觉的影响因素及其产生机理研究、控制错觉现象及其影响研究；研究中存在“未能深入解释控制错觉现象产生的原因”、“未能对控制错觉的消极影响提出相应的治理措施”等问题；未来值得关注的研究方向有“深入分析信息系统领域中控制错觉产生的内在机理”、“研究如何减弱控制错觉的消极影响以及如何发挥其积极影响”、“将控制错觉理论应用至新的领域和场景”等。

〔Abstract〕In order to help the academic community to fully understand the application and development of Illusion of Control theory in the field of information system，this paper reviewed the relevant literatures and finds that the researches mainly focused on two aspects：the influence factors and mechanism of illusion of control，illusion of control and its influence.There were some problems in existing researches，such as“studies have not deeply explained the causes of control illusion”，“studies had not proposed corresponding solutions to the negative effects of illusion of control”and so on.The valuable research directions included“in-depth analysis of the internal mechanism of control illusion in the field of information systems”，“how to reduce the negative impact of control illusion and how to exert its positive impact”，“applying control illusion theory to new fields and scenarios”and so on.

哈佛大學埃伦·兰格教授（Ellen J Langer）于1975年在《人格与社会心理学杂志（Journal of Personality & Social Psychology）》第2期上发表的《控制错觉理论（The Illusion of Control）》一文中，首次正式提出了控制错觉理论（Illusion of Control Theory）[1]。其核心思想是：在完成一件事情的过程中，情境因素（如熟悉、竞争、选择等）或者个体因素（如控制欲等）会使人们高估自己的控制能力，从而导致较低的风险认知或者对成功概率的预期高于真实概率。

由于在工作、学习、生活等各种活动中存在控制错觉现象，所以自控制错觉理论提出以来，学界不仅一直非常重视探寻控制错觉的产生机制，而且也广泛应用控制错觉理论研究控制错觉对人们行为的影响。为了把握控制错觉理论应用的现状，有些学者撰写了一些综述。这些综述主要可以分为两类：（1）控制错觉理论的研究综述。……
