〔摘 要〕为帮助学界全面了解沉浸理论在信息系统领域的应用与发展，并为后续对该理论的研究与应用提供指导，本文对国内外信息系统领域内基于沉浸理论的相关研究成果进行检索和梳理，总结了研究取得的成果、问题以及未来的研究方向。研究发现：信息系统领域关于沉浸的研究主要集中在沉浸理论的量度指标、影响因素、对用户使用与购买行为的影响、对用户使用信息系统绩效的影响以及沉浸引发的互联网问题性使用这五个方面；研究中存在“沉浸的量度指标缺乏客观性”、“缺少对沉浸负面影响的关注”等问题；探索如何减少沉浸的负面影响以及新兴技术可能会对沉浸体验产生的影响等是未来值得关注的研究方向。

〔Abstract〕In order to help the academic community to fully understand the application and development of flow theory in the field of information system and provide guidance for further research and application of the theory.This paper retrieved and sorted out relevant research about flow theory in the field of information system，summarized the research achievements，existing problems and future research directions worthy of attention.It found that the researches mainly focused on five aspects：the measurement indicators of flow，the influencing factors of flow，flow influence on users use and purchase behavior，flow experiences impact on users information system performance，and flow problematic internet use.There were some problems in existing researches，such as“The flow measure lacks objectivity”，“lack of attention to the negative impact of flow”and so on.Exploring how to reduce the negative effects of flow and the impact of emerging technologies on flow etc would be the future research directions.

沉浸理論（Flow Theory）于1975年由Csikszentmihalyi首次提出[1]，解释当人们在进行某些日常活动时为何会完全投入情境当中、过滤掉所有不相关的知觉，把注意力高度集中在当前活动上的一种主观状态。这种主观状态通常伴随着积极的情绪体验，是一种高水平的享受和满足的感受，这种感受使人情绪愉悦，因而不计较个人的付出。

沉浸理论自提出以来，得到了各个领域学者的广泛关注，为揭示沉浸理论的本质和应用现状，学者们分别从以下不同的视角撰写了述评：在国外学者中，Plike分析了信息技术使用中沉浸的前因以及使用IT进入沉浸状态的障碍[2]；……
