[摘要]目的 探讨熥络宝联合中药敷贴在老年膝骨性关节炎（KOA）患者中的应用效果。方法 将2016年5月～2017年4月在我院治疗的64例老年KOA患者采用信封法进行随机分组，其中对照组32例采用常规护理方案，观察组32例采用熥络宝联合中药敷贴。采用KSS评分评价两组干预前后的膝关节功能情况，并比较两组患者治疗2周后的临床效果。结果 观察组患者干预后的KSS膝评分和功能评分分别为（72.50±6.16）、（73.38±5.97）分，分别高于干预前的（58.13±4.30）、（53.69±5.88）分，且明显高于对照组同期的（65.44±4.89）、（62.25±8.02）分，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.001）。观察组患者的治疗总有效率为96.87%，明显高于对照组的81.25%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 熥络宝联合中药敷贴可有效改善老年KOA患者的临床症状，促进其膝关节功能的恢复，提高其治疗效果，在临床中值得进一步推广。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application value of Tongluobao combined with external-application of Chinese herbal medicine in elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis （KOA）. Methods From May 2016 to April 2017， 64 elderly patients with KOA treated in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the envelope method. Among them， 32 patients in the control group were given with the routine care， and the remaining 32 patients in the observation group were given with Tongluobao combined with external-application of Chinese herbal medicine. The knee society score （KSS） was used to evaluate the knee joint function before and after intervention， and the therapeutic effect between the two groups were compared after two weeks treatment. Results In the observation group， the KSS and functional score was （72.50±6.16） points and （73.38±5.97） points respectively respectively， which were higher than those before intervention （[58.13±4.30]） points and （[53.69±5.88]） points，and significantly higher those in the control group （[65.44±4.89]） points and （[62.25±8.02]） points at the same period， which were displayed statistical differences （P<0.001）. The total effectiveness rate of the observation group was 96.87%， which was significantly higher than that of the control group accounting for 81.25% with a statistical difference （P<0.05）. Conclusion Tongluobao combined with external-application of Chinese herbal medicine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms in elderly patients with KOA， promote the recovery of knee joint function， and improve the treatment effect of patients， which is worthy of further promotion in clinic.

膝骨性關节炎（knee osteoarthritis，KOA）是以关节软骨退行性病理改变为基础的疾病，是导致老年患者关节疼痛甚至残疾的常见慢性骨科疾病，严重影响患者的生存质量[1]。积极缓解患者的临床主观症状，提升其生命质量是临床治疗和护理的重点[2]。目前KOA尚无特效治疗方案，临床以外科手术和内科保守治疗方案，其中外科手术治疗创伤大、手术难度高、医疗费用支出多，老年患者接受度不高[3-4]。保守治疗以消炎镇痛治疗为主，其中中药外敷可通过药理作用促进局部血液循环，减轻关节腔的炎性反应，且患者接受程度高，在治疗KOA中具有独特的优势[5]。本研究将熥络宝联合中药敷贴运用于老年KOA患者中，取得良好的效果。

1资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

本研究已经过医院医学伦理委员会审核，选择2016年5月～2017年4月在我院治疗的KOA患者为研究对象。……
