摘 要 昆明医科大学口腔医学院作为人才培养的摇篮，如何培养德智体美全面发展，毕业时能在各级各类医疗卫生机构从事口腔医疗工作的初级口腔医师既是人才培养的需求，更是医教协同改革背景下对学生在校期间的最低要求。口腔医学院需详细研读和吃透《关于医教协同深化临床医学人才培养改革的意见》精神，做好本科学生职业生涯规划教育。

xAbstract As the cradle of talent training， Kunming Medical University School of Stomatology， how to cultivate the comprehensive development of morality， intelligence， physical education and beauty， the primary dental doctor who can engage in oral medical work at various levels of medical and health institutions at the time of graduation is not only the demand for talent training， but also the medical education， but also the minimum requirements for students during their schooling in the context of collaborative reform. The School of Stomatology needs to study and thoroughly understand the spirit of the "Opinions on Medical and Educational Collaboration to Deepen the Reform of Clinical Medical Talents" and do a good job in the career planning education for undergraduate students.

2014年，教育部等六部門出台了《关于医教协同深化临床医学人才培养改革的意见》（以下简称《意见》），总体目标为到2020年，基本建成院校教育、毕业后教育、继续教育三阶段有机衔接的具有中国特色的标准化、规范化临床医学人才培养体系。近期任务为加快构建以“5+3”（5年临床医学本科教育+3年住院医师规范化培训或3年临床医学硕士专业学位研究生教育）为主体、以“3+2”（3年临床医学专科教育+2年助理全科医生培训）为补充的临床医学人才培养体系。《意见》将对我校口腔医学本科学生职业生涯规划和就业格局产生深远影响，二级学院作为人才培养的摇篮，在医教协同改革背景下如何更加科学合理地做好口腔医学本科学生职业生涯规划教育，促进大学生更好地就业成了一项刻不容缓的任务。

1 口腔医学本科学生视角下医教协同改革对职业生涯规划的影响和冲击

《意见》的实施既是早日实现医改目标和深化教育体制改革的要求，但也有临时性、阶段性和极不确定性的特点，一定程度上影响和冲击着学生在自身发展规划方面的认识。……
