摘 要 校企协同是高校培养创新型人才的重要途径，我校通过与海克斯康测量技术有限公司联合培养计划，成立沈阳航空航天大学机电学院2+2海克斯康班，以提高学生实践能力和创新能力为重要任务，根据相关专业特点开设创新实践综合课程，加强各学科课程间的交叉渗透，采用开放式的实验教学模式，加强校内和校外实习基地建设，通过定点为企业培养技能型人才，搭建人才培养和就业之间的桥梁，提升了毕业生的市场竞争力。

Abstract School-company cooperation is an important way to cultivate innovational talents. Our university established the 2+2 Hexagon class of mechanical and electrical institute of Shenyang Aerospace University through a joint training program with Hexagon Measurement Technology Co.， Ltd. To improve students' practical ability and innovation ability is an important task. The cross-penetration between courses is strengthened. Based on the professional characteristics， the innovation practical course of related major is set up. An open experimental teaching mode is adopted to strengthen the development of on-campus and off-campus practice base. The skilled professional talents for enterprise are trained every year. A bridge between talent cultivation and employment is built. The market competition of graduates is improved.

0 引言

随着我国经济发展方式的转变，企业对于人才的需求结构也发生了巨大变化。职业素质高、动手能力强的专业技能型人才越来越得到企业的欢迎。但是高校传统封闭、形式单一的培养模式使高校人才培养与市场需求的结合度不紧密，制约了高校对于社会发展和经济增长的总体推动作用。因此需要高校积极开展各种教学模式和教学方法的改革，面向社会和企业需求，加强实践能力的培养，开展校企之间合作。毕业生就业难更是社会普遍存在的问题，一方面是由于学校扩招，毕业生数量大；另一方面是学生就业时实际操作技能欠缺，无法满足企业岗位需求。这就需要高校积极开展各种教学模式和教学方法的改革，搭建起人才培养和就业之间的桥梁，面向社会和企业需求，强化能力培养。……
