摘 要 “大众创业、万众创新”是时代的旋律，为青年人才追求梦想，实现自身价值搭建了一个广阔的舞台。不断完善高校创新人才培养的教育模式和服务体系，是切实提升大学生的科技创新能力的关键所在。本文通过对校企合作模式、创业教师队伍建设以及科创竞赛激励机制几个方面的探讨，明确了完善大学生创业教育和服务体系的具体方向。

Abstract "Popular Entrepreneurship and Innovation" is the melody of the times. It has set up a broad stage for young talents to pursue their dreams and realize their own values. Continuously improving the educational model and service system for the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities is the key to effectively improving the technological innovation ability of college students. Through the discussion of the school-enterprise cooperation mode， the construction of entrepreneurial teachers and the incentive mechanism of science and technology competition， this paper clarifies the specific direction of improving the entrepreneurial education and service system of college students.

“大眾创业、万众创新”是青年追求梦想的精彩舞台，是时代的新特征。习近平总书记也在不同场合多次强调万众创新，大众创业的发展构想。大学生创新创业已经成为当今的时代话题，并日益受到政府和社会的关注与重视。

相关数据显示：“超过80%的在校大学生对创业感兴趣， 然而真正走上创业的比例仅2.3%左右，全国大学生自主创业成功的比例仅为5%～8%。探寻其中的原因，一方面是因为学生的社会经验不足，同时没有足够的资金。另一方面，大学生的创业项目通常有三类：一是大学生自己发明的项目，占10%左右；二是导师带参赛学生做的项目，占20%左右；剩下的一半以上是包装或演变别人的科研成果，这充分体现大学生的缺乏对于企业和市场的深入了解。

随着时代的发展，大学教育应该走向社会、面向世界，培养出符合大学生个性特点的、具有创新创业精神和实践能力的专门人才。因此，高校应进一步加强与企业的联系，不断创新合作形式，为学生提供丰富的实践平台；……
