摘 要 中西医结合耳鼻咽喉科学是中西医结合专业的一门核心临床课程，但是由于理论内容繁多，实践操作要求高，课时少，教学质量难以提高。理论实践一体化教学是一种新型的教学模式，不仅有助于改善单调的教学方法，提高教学质量，更能突出培养学生临床操作技能，充分激发学生的学习热情。现从理论实践一体化教学的重要性、现状以及如何改善所采取的措施等三个方面进行分析，试图为提高中西医结合耳鼻咽喉科学课程的教学质量提供参考。

Abstract Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine， Otolaryngology is a core clinical course in the integration of Chinese and Western medicine. However， due to the large variety of theoretical contents， high practical operation requirements， less class hours， and difficult to improve teaching quality. The integration of theoretical practice and practice is a new type of teaching mode， which not only helps to improve monotonous teaching methods， improves teaching quality， but also highlights students' clinical operation skills and fully stimulates students' enthusiasm for learning. Now it analyzes the importance and current situation of integrated teaching of theory and practice and how to improve the measures taken， and tries to provide reference for improving the teaching quality of Otolaryngology in Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine.

中西医结合耳鼻咽喉科学是中西医结合专业一门重要的临床课程。近年来，对着耳鼻咽喉疾病发病率逐年上升，社会对于具有理论知识扎实、实践能力强的耳鼻咽喉医学人才的需求也随之增加。我们应在人才培养上突破传统的课程模式和教学模式，改革课程体系、方法，构建应用型医学人才培养模式，培养满足社会发展需要的应用型医学人才。本文就理论实践一体化的新型教学模式在中西医结合耳鼻咽喉科学课程中的實践进行如下阐述。
