摘 要 毕业实习作为独立学院人才培养过程中不可或缺的实践性教学环节，加强对毕业实习这一环节的管理是提高独立学院人才培养质量，增强毕业生就业竞争力整体格局的关键。由此可知，独立学院毕业实习这一环节具有重要的价值作用。为推动独立学院毕业实习的进一步发展，笔者以《探究独立学院毕业实习现状》为课题，从引言入手，对独立学院大学生毕业实习过程管理现状进行了全方位、深层次的分析，并在此基础上对独立学院大学生毕业实习过程管理的重要性进行了简要的剖析，最后探究了解决独立学院大学生毕业实习过程管理问题的对策，并给出了具有借鉴价值的建议。

Abstract Graduation practice is an indispensable part of practical teaching in the process of personnel training in independent colleges. Strengthening the management of graduation practice is the key to improve the quality of personnel training in Independent Colleges and enhance the overall pattern of graduates' employment competitiveness. From this we can see that the practice of graduation practice in independent colleges has important value function. In order to promote the further development of graduation practice in independent colleges， the author takes "inquiring into the status quo of graduation practice in independent colleges" as the subject， starts with the introduction， makes an all-round and deep-seated analysis of the current situation of graduation practice management in independent colleges， and on this basis， carries out the process management of graduation practice in independent colleges. The importance of a brief analysis， and finally explore solutions to the independent college students graduation practice process management problems， and give some valuable suggestions.

0 引言

独立学院是我国民办教育的重要组成部分，它的生源质量与公办高校相比学生无论是知识层面还是综合素质方面都相差较多，所以导致独立院校的學生的毕业竞争力整体格局偏低。毕业实习作为独立院校人才培养过程中不可或缺的实践性教学环节，它有利于提高学生的实践操作的能力、分析与解决问题的能力，帮助学生从学校这个“小社会”中走出来，进入真正的大社会。加强对毕业实习这一环节的管理是提高独立院校毕业生就业竞争力整体格局的关键。因此，探究独立学院毕业实习现状，有利于发现独立院校毕业实习过程存在的一些问题，从而分析问题，解决问题，以合理、科学、有效的管理方式保证毕业实习过程的顺利进行。……
