摘 要 严格意义上来说，道德是一个纯正的社会学概念，就其本身而言，是由“道”和“德”两个词义组成，即方法和品行的总称。而善道、良道就是我们现在所说的狭义上的道德，换句话说，道德本身是一个中性名词，在我国被渲染上一层更积极、正向的概念，只有当道德往利好的方向发展时，才可以说道德二字。本文就教育者如何在细节中进行道德教育，促进学生道德成长方面进行探讨。

Abstract Strictly speaking， morality is a pure concept of sociology. For its part， it is composed of the meanings of "dao" and "de"， that is， the general term for methods and conduct. Goodness and goodness are the narrow morals we are talking about now. In other words， morality itself is a neutral noun. It is a more positive and positive concept in our country. Only when morality develops in a favorable direction， you can only say the word morality. This article explores how educators can conduct moral education in the details and promote students' moral growth.

0 前言

古语有云，不积跬步无以至千里，不积小流无以成江河。随着社会经济的发展和科学技术的进步，中国已经成为世界上的主流国家，而少年不强则国不强，国民无德则国无德，学校作为道德教育的最前沿阵地，从学前教育到高等教育，道德都是伴随着教师和学生共同学习的话题，因此我们必须分析当前我国道德教育的现状。

1 我国道德教育现状分析

据2017年人社部和教育部联合统计公报显示，我国18岁以下未成年人约为3.8亿人，22岁以下学生人数为4.2亿人，28岁以下学生人数为4.45亿人。从数据中不难看出，当前我国的受教育者的整体数量占全国人口相当的比重，而道德教育是伴随着从学前教育到高等教育的各个阶段的，虽然在每个阶段的侧重点有所不同，但不可否认的是，作为教育者，时时刻刻谨记的是教书育人，促进学生健康成长。
