摘 要 移动信息时代，通过手机、iPad、电脑等屏幕端获取新闻信息成为趋势。随着大数据、短视频及H5等技术的完善，技术+新闻的形式十分常见，且以其传播快、覆盖广、娱乐性强等特点吸引了大批受众。本文以十九大期间的H5新闻产品为例，分析H5产品在新闻报道中的应用特点及信息转码功能，分析其新闻价值与发展空间。当前，H5新闻产品在内容同质、深度挖掘、人机体验等方面仍需继续改进。

Abstract In the era of mobile information， it has become a trend to obtain news information through screens such as mobile phones， iPads， and computers. With the improvement of technologies such as big data， short video and H5， the form of technology + news is very common， and it attracts a large audience with its fast spread， wide coverage and strong entertainment. This article takes H5 news products during the 19th National Congress as an example to analyze the application characteristics and information transcoding functions of H5 products in news reports， and analyze their news value and development space. At present， H5 news products still need to continue to improve in terms of content homogeneity， in-depth mining， and human-machine experience.

1 H5技术及其媒介使用情况

H5即HTML5，是标准通用标记语言HTML的第五次修改版，于2014年10月正式诞生。“作为一个应用的技术标准规范，在技术层面具备跨平台、设备兼容、性能集成、高效连接等多种特性。”①我们日常接触到的H5产品是建立在H5技术上的应用，这些产品所表现出来的传播便利、视觉体验强、应用面广等特点赋予了产品更好的结构与体验。

根据MAKA《2016年年度H5数据报告》，H5应用领域涉及互联网、新闻传媒、汽车、电商、游戏、服装、餐饮、地产等各行各业。该报告以访问量排名前1000的作品作为样本分析，结果显示互联网行业占据25.9%，其次是新闻传媒，占比14%，用户H5使用场景排名前四位分别是邀请函、招聘求职、节日祝福、产品推广。政府、企业、商家、个人等等行为主体都能够通过H5传递自己的声音和想法。
