摘 要 在双创背景之下，高校应当做好教育改革工作，制定完善的管理方案，加大改革力度，创建多元化的教育管理体系，保证在双创背景之下，提升大学生的就业能力，保证教学改革期间，迎接相关挑战，针对各类不利因素进行全面的处理，保证能够发挥双创教育模式的积极作用。

Abstract Under the background of dual innovation， colleges and universities should do a good job in education reform， formulate a sound management plan， intensify reforms， and create a diversified education management system to ensure the employment ability of college students and ensure teaching under the background of double innovation. During the reform period， we will meet relevant challenges and comprehensively deal with various unfavorable factors to ensure that we can play an active role in the dual-innovation education model.

高校教育管理部門应当对双创教育背景进行全面的分析，及时发现自身教育工作存在的问题，采取有效措施应对问题，在积极探索的过程中，建立多元化的教育改革机制，以便于提升自身教育工作的可靠性与有效性。

1 研究背景分析

在过去十五年左右，我国高校的毕业生人数逐渐提升，直到2011年，毕业生的数量为300万人左右，直到2016年，毕业生的人数达到了760万人左右，在此情况下，大学生毕业之后面临较高的就业压力。在美国高校发展期间，人才毕业之后会倾向创新创业，与中国相较，就业率高出30%左右，能够达到良好的发展水平。经过相关调查可以得知，美国在经济社会发展的过程中，自主创业率在60%左右，而我国在发展中，中小型企业的就业规模较小，为毕业生创造的就业机会有限，导致大学生在毕业之后，承受着就业方面的压力。因此，在未来发展的过程中，政府部门应当开展创新人才改革等工作，对教育工作内容进行合理的创新，在经济发展背景下，根据国家竞争力的提升需求，创建公平的教育改革与创业机制，为其发展奠定基础。……
