摘 要 为满足社会发展对人才的需求，探索新的人才培养模式对现在高校的生存与发展至关重要。我国“十三五”规划明确提出了高校向应用型大学转型发展的总体目标，而创新型应用人才的培养无疑是实现这一目标的“强心剂”。笔者将对有机化学实验教学模式进行初步探讨，针对传统实验过程中存在的一些问题进行分析，提出改革方案，在新实验教学内容中植入“绿色化”、“应用性”等概念，以此激发学生对有机化学实验研究的兴趣，其最终目的是培养并向社会输送所需的专业化人才。

Abstract In order to meet the needs of talents for social development， exploring new talent training models is crucial to the survival and development of colleges and universities. China's "13th Five-Year Plan" clearly puts forward the overall goal of the transformation and development of colleges and universities to applied universities， and the cultivation of innovative application talents is undoubtedly the "cardiotonic agent" to achieve this goal. The author will conduct a preliminary discussion on the teaching mode of organic chemistry experiment， analyze some problems existing in the traditional experiment process， propose a reform plan， and implant the concepts of "greening" and "applicability" in the new experimental teaching content. To stimulate students' interest in organic chemistry experimental research， the ultimate goal is to cultivate and deliver the specialized talents needed to the society.

国家转型发展的关键时期急需高校培养出一批创新型应用人才，有机化学实验教学在大学生的创新意识、创新思维和创新能力培养方面具有不可替代的作用，也是提高化學学科教学质量的根本保证。[1]就从目前有机化学实验的教学内容来看，大多数实验项目是单列的、孤立的，而不是在综合型实验中进行的训练，这容易使学生形成“照方抓药”的惰性，不能主动的进行思考，故而不利于培养学生的创新能力和对知识的应用能力。针对以上实际问题，笔者主要从以下几个方面对有机化学实验教学新模式进行探讨。

1 结合专业特点，选择、开发实验项目，完善各专业的教学大纲

根据专业培养目标，结合各专业学生的职业能力要求与职业去向，选择符合专业特色的实验项目，开发绿色化、应用性、创新型实验项目，进一步修订、完善各专业的有机化学实验教学大纲。……
