摘 要 新时期“中国梦”大背景下对于高校大学生思政建设的关注度越来越高。本文就针对高等医学院校的思政建设的意义、内容及目前实施过程中存在的困难进行了初步的研究说明。为今后的深入思政建设研究提供初步建议。

Abstract Under the background of the "Chinese Dream" in the new era， attention to the ideological and political construction of college students is getting higher and higher. This paper makes a preliminary research on the significance， content and difficulties in the current implementation of ideological and political construction in higher medical colleges. Provide preliminary suggestions for the future research on ideological and political construction.

習近平总书记在全国思想政治工作会议上指出：做好大学生思想政治教育，既要加强和改进思想政治理论课，又要使各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行，形成协同效应。中华民族的伟大复兴是贯穿于中国近现代史的一条主线，中国共产党从一成立就肩负起了这个重担。在新的历史时期下，为了使“中国梦”赢得广泛认同，在高校思政课教学中应加强对中国梦是民族梦复兴梦的论述，以此凝聚中国力量。

上海市率先在高校中探索“课程思政”，各类课程按照功能定位，在内容建设、教学方法、师资团队等方面推进改革，着力实现全课程育人。“课程思政”的实施对于高校教师的人文素养提出了新要求，因为只有具有良好的人文素养，才能将知识传授与思想教育有机融合起来，这是“课程思政”实施背景下高校必须关注的一个重大问题。

而聚焦至医学背景下，提出医学职业精神及其建设的重大命题， 通过医学精神家园的再建设， 从而保障它的主导功能的充分发挥， 这对当代中国医学的健康发展是必需的和紧迫的。……
