摘 要 音乐作为人类精神需求的一部分，其实践活动所特有的三个作用：审美、德育、情感与思想政治教育有着不可分割的关系。现阶段在高校开展思想教育工作的过程中，可以充分利用音乐的育人功能，将会有显著作用。本文以音乐自身所具有的育人功能为基础，结合思想政治教育的内容，从促进大学生形成正确的世界观、人生观和价值观；加强思想道德教育；培养团队精神；培养大学生的人文品格和创新能力这五个方面进行论述，并欲通过论述，进一步发掘出促进大学生思想政治教育工作的有效途径。

Abstract As a part of the human spiritual needs， music has three functions that are unique to its practical activities： aesthetics， moral education， emotion and ideological and political education are inseparable. At this stage， in the process of carrying out ideological education work in colleges and universities， we can make full use of the educational function of music， which will have a significant effect. Based on the educational function of music itself， combined with the content of ideological and political education， this paper promotes the formation of correct world outlook， outlook on life and values for college students； strengthens ideological and moral education； cultivates team spirit； cultivates humanistic character and innovative ability of college students， these five aspects are discussed， and through the discussion， we can further explore effective ways to promote the ideological and political education of college students.

社會经济的高速发展以及互联网时代的兴起，多种因素使得我国当代大学生的思想意识逐渐变得更具有层次性，个性化也因此得到延伸，并在此基础上多元化发展，这对于大学生的政治思想教育工作者来说，为使政治思想教育工作跟上时代的步伐，就需要及时地调整工作思路，创新工作方法，有更多样化的教育思路。

音乐作为人类精神需求的重要部分，其本身具有审美、德育、情感等作用，这与我国对大学生思想政治教育的目的是异曲同工的。高校应正确认识音乐实践活动在大学生思想政治教育中的地位以及它可能带来的作用，并且将音乐实践活动灵活运用在思想政治教育中，这对开展大学生思想教育工作将会起到重要的现实指导意义。……
