摘要：730E卡车举升缸润滑油管是从位于后桥上方的注油器跨过厢斗与车架枢轴孔之间的空隙连接至举升缸上部销子，该设备排烟管是附着于大梁内侧，通过位于车架厢斗枢轴孔附近的软连接与厢斗上的消音器接通，由于润滑油管距离排烟管较近，而且润滑油管也属于一种特殊的橡胶软管，在高温的作用下管内部的橡胶发生融化，再加上润滑脂高温下硬化，最终堵塞润滑油管，使得润滑油无法通往举升缸上部销子处，导致举升缸上部轴承发生损坏，给日常生产带来了不必要的麻烦。于是决定对举升缸上部销的润滑油管安装路径进行改造，经过最近一段时间的观察，该润滑油管堵塞的现象已基本排除，设备运行也更加安全、可靠，在消除安全隐患的同时也提高了设备的出动率。

0 引言

730E卡车是神华准能黑岱沟露天煤矿剥离岩石和黄土的主要运输设备，由于长时间处于高度作业和恶劣的工作环境状态下，有些内部零件不得不承担摩擦和高温的双重压力，且由于其排烟管安装位置较为特殊，会导致举升缸上部销润滑油管因为无法及时散热而损坏相对严重，再加上设备倾斜货物动作较为频繁，加剧了相应位置轴承的磨损，直接影响到零件的使用寿命，增加了维修成本。

1 自动润滑系统工作原理

730E卡车的自动润滑系统主要是由起到驱动作用的液压马达、提供动力的润油脂泵、润滑喷油器和定时装置、各种承担控制流量的控制阀门及相关线路管道所组成的。……
