[摘要] 目的 该文对该院糖尿病周围神经病变患者采用中药治疗，探讨其临床疗效。方法 选取该院在2016年12月—2017年12月期间收治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者74例，随机均分为两组，对照组37例患者给予常规西药治疗，研究组37例患者在对照组基础上加用中药治疗，比较两组患者在疗效及感觉运动神经传导速度方面的差异。结果 两组患者经过治疗后，研究组总有效率为91.89%，对照组为70.27%，两组患者比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后研究组在正中神经及腓总神经的运动和感觉神经的传导速度上明显优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对糖尿病周围神经病变患者在常规西药治疗的基础上配合中药，可以提高患者的临床疗效，改善其周围神经病变的病情。

Clinical Research on TCM in Treatment of 74 Cases of Patients with Diabetic Neuropathy

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical curative effect of TCM in treatment of diabetic neuropathy patients. Methods 74 cases of patients with diabetic neuropathy admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 37 cases in each， the control group used the routine western medicine for therapy， while the research group used the TCM therapy on the basis of the control group， and the differences in the curative effect and sensory nerve conduction rate were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment， the total treatment effective rate in the research group and in the control group was respectively 91.89% vs 70.27%， and the difference between groups was obvious（P<0.05）， and the motor and sensory nerve conduction velocity of median nerve and common peroneal nerve in the research group were obviously better than those in the control group， and the differences were obvious（P<0.05）. Conclusion The TCM on the basis of the routine western medicine in patients with diabetic neuropathy can improve the clinical curative effect of patients and improve the diabetic neuropathy.

糖尿病是因為遗传或免疫系统功能发生紊乱等原因导致的胰岛素抵抗及功能下降，从而使患者体内各种代谢出现紊乱的一种疾病[1]。糖尿病周围神经病变是糖尿病常见的慢性并发症之一，具有高达50%～90%的患病率[2]，严重影响患者的生活质量及生命安全，如何及早干预、预防该症的发生，对患者具有重要的意义。目前，从国内外西医经验上来看，对糖尿病周围神经病变尚未取得突破，而中药在该病的防治上却具有独特的优势[3]。2016年12月—2017年12月期间该文对该院糖尿病周围神经病变患者74例在西药治疗基础上加用中药进行治疗，患者病情得到明显改善，现做如下报道。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取该院在收治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者74例，所有患者符合WHO制定的糖尿病诊断标准，并经电生理检测明确有周围神经损害，同时排除因其他原因导致的周围神经病变者。……
