[摘要] 目的 对糖尿病肾病患者接受临床中医治疗的效果开展分析研究，为临床治疗提供可靠依据。方法 选取2017年1—12月该院接收的糖尿病肾病患者60例进行研究分析，将患者分组为对照组和实验组，两组均为30例，对照组患者接受西医治疗，实验组患者接受中医治疗，对两组的临床治疗情况开展比较分析。结果 实验组的临床各项指标均要比对照组低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。实验组临床有效率是93.33%，对照组有效率是73.33%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 临床中糖尿病肾病采取中医治疗能够获得较好的效果，临床中可以进行推广使用，对患者的病情有比较好的改善效果。

Clinical Observation on TCM Syndrome Differentiation Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

[Abstract] Objective To analyze and study the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation treatment of diabetic nephropathy thus providing reliable reference for the clinical treatment. Methods 60 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted and treated in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected for research and analysis， with 30 cases in each， the control group were treated with western medicine， while the experimental group were treated with TCM， and the clinical treatment situation was compared between the two groups. Results Various clinical indexes in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group， and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）， and the clinical effective rate in the experimental group and in the control group was respectively 93.33% and 73.33%， and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The effect of TCM treatment of diabetic nephropathy is better， which can be promoted and applied， and it has a better improvement effect in the diseases of patients.

糖尿病患者的發病受到多方面因素的影响，患者的血糖上升，有糖代谢异常症状，患者体内的胰岛素分泌失常，因此引起了疾病。我国有许多的糖尿病患者存在，对我国公民的健康造成了非常严重的影响，因此需要对其引起重视，临床中需要使用降糖药物以及胰岛素来控制血糖水平，但是该种治疗方式无法根治，只能够让患者的症状得到改善，中医治疗是采取辩证治疗的方式，能够对症治疗，使用的西药剂量少，不良反应少，不良反应率低。临床中将辩证和辨病相结合使用，能够让中医和西医的优势得到互补，可以对患者的恢复起到帮助[1-2]。所以，临床中研究分析了糖尿病肾病患者接受中医治疗的临床效果，现就临床治疗情况开展分析报道。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料
