摘 要： 文化产业作为新兴朝阳产业， 是推动一个国家或地区经济社会发展的重要动力。通过分层方式构建的区域文化产业竞争力评价指标体系，运用主成分因子分析法对2012-2016年的样本进行标准化处理和分析计算，可以得出陕西文化产业竞争力水平稳步提升，且上升空间广阔。要提高陕西文化产业的竞争力水平，需深化体制改革，集聚专业人才；优化布局，调整结构；培育市场主体，壮大产业规模；做强骨干，做大小微；园区承载，项目带动；融合发展，培育新业态等方面入手提升陕西文化产业竞争力。

Abstract： Cultural industry takes an emerging sunrise industry which promotes regional and state economic development as an important driving force. Based on the development environment， main features and relevance of Shaanxi cultural industry， the evaluation index system of regional cultural industry competitiveness can be constructed by stratification ， and principal component factor analysis was used to standardize the processing and analysis of 2012-2016 years samples ，which may advance competitiveness and further development. Some measures should be taken to promote the competitiveness the cultural industry ； deepen system reform ， gathering professional talents ，optimizing design， adjusting the structure，cultivating the body of the market， expanding industry scale ， to be strong backbone ， to make the small bigger， park load ， project driving ， integrating development ， and cultivating new formats.
